Great product so far.

have had the commercial 1750 Nordic track for about 6 months now. The sales person was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the new products that came out. Treadmill itself works great! It is smooth and the incline goes up to a 12.

Can't Imagine Life Without It!

The 2450 is our second treadmill and so much better than our first (which we were very happy with).
We've been using this every day for 6 months now and are in love with it.
It's quiet, has a large bed and very smooth and comfortable to walk/run on.
The 24" tilt screen helps viewing from any angle. The programs and trainers are outstanding. Filming workouts from all over the world (nice aerial photography also) the trainers are interesting and knowledgeable of the areas. The Egyptian Pyramid series is freaking amazing!!!
Customer and technical support is very good also. After five or six weeks we developed an annoying squeak at different times. Put a call in and tech showed up a day later. Diagnosed it and made an adjustment on one side that fixed it for good.
I also love the ability to stream apps.
Great machine, great programming!

Very happy with the 1750

Very happy with the 1750. It was between it and the Sole f80 and I'm glad I went with it. Very smooth and no issues after about a year of use. Highly recommend this treadmill.

My order was delivered within a week…

My order was delivered within a week which was much faster than I expected. Delivery was a little awkward, delivery company only sent one person equipped with only a pallet jack. I chose to set up my equipment myself. I bought the bundle with the rowing machine and a treadmill. Each assembly was simple and I did most single handly. Connection to ifit was easy and quick also. I'm a beginner using this type of exercise equipment and I enjoy that if it offers beginners, intermediate, and advanced workouts and workout series. Ifit offers a lot of wellness information along with the workouts. I'm truly enjoying my experience with Nordic Trac and ifit.

3rd time treadmill customer

Customer service and quality of product are why I chose Nordic Track for the 3rd time. The 1250 model is the real deal as well as the iFit trainer that is included. A++

Absolutely love mine

Absolutely love mine! Best purchase to date. I love the incline and all the features. Walks have become a favorite in the house and go by so fast while watching your shows on Netflix

I'm totally loving my 2450

I'm totally loving my 2450! I've had it since Dec 2025... no complaints. Easy to navigate the touchscreen, plenty of workouts to choose from. And the running feels so smooth, easy on the joints. If your on the fence on getting one, don't overthink it, get it! You won't regret it.

I’m very happy with the performance and quality.

I purchased my NordicTrack Commercial 1750 in December 2025, and so far it has been a great experience. The treadmill has worked exactly as it should, and I’m very happy with the performance and quality. It feels sturdy, smooth, and reliable during workouts, and everything is still functioning perfectly.

I recently purchased the 2450…

I recently purchased the 2450 Treadmill. I love it. The iFit programs are awesome and I love the negative incline and the incline options. My brother and I were able to put it together easy enough, it was heavier than I expected, but I didn’t know what to expect. Great treadmill I am very happy I decided to purchase this. Customer service was easy to work with and the shipping was quick. Highly recommend!

Great treadmill, love iFit

My experiences have been great with my new commercial treadmill. Huge upgrade from my old ProForm. I've loved iFit for years. So long as they keep Rivs on board, I will be as well!

Loving this treadmill

From my initial call to ask a ton of questions, to the installation (well worth it) and now using for the past couple months, we couldn’t be happier. The treadmill works as advertised, great ifit programs and living in Michigan with seasonal weather challenges, this was a great purchase for our family.

Delivery was seamless

Delivery was seamless. Customer service was great. I would highly recommend the white glove delivery. I did not get it and really wished I did. The treadmill was harder to put together than I thought. The QR video was helpful.

I should have read the reviews before I…

I should have read the reviews before I bought a treadmill from them. Paid £1500 for a treadmill 7 years ago and it is used once a day for an hour to walk on.. Screen has gone wrong and stuck on Ifit logo.
Their support tells me a I need a new screen but they don't make them anymore WTF !!! I now have a £1500 house brick that cannot be repaired and no offer of any compensation. Avoid this company like the plague.
