SLIDERS SUCK
******Their SLIDING DOORS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My new doors only slide nicely when it is over 20 degrees out. I have a dog so use the doors multiple times a day and any colder weather (let alone winter time) makes this door harder to use than the one they replaced from 1960.
They sent a service tech who said the frame is a bit warped. Since then they scheduled an appointment with the “manager” who cancelled the appointment without telling me. Took the day off work for nothing. They have not called me to reschedule.
The "service manager" has visited with no resolution in sight months later.
So much for that no BS warranty I was sold on. I am having a competitor change Nordik's doors less than two years after install.
