Delivery time was extra long

Even the delivery eventually went just fine multiple postpones and overall delivery time becoming 15wks (instead of originally estimated 3 wks) tested our faith as ut was our very first order from NG too.

Wrong assembly parts, poor help

NG sent me a lamp with that was to have ceiling assembly mounting parts but only had wall assembly parts. Once I contacted NG customer support to get the correct assembly parts (long chord, ceiling bracket) I had to write several emails to confused customer help who kept on insisting I would have different model or the correct parts whilst it was all along clear that I got the wrong parts. Looks like I just have to return the product and buy it from elsewhere.

We truly apologize that you feel you received the incorrect parts for your lamp. I can see that you have been in contact with one of our agents who has been trying to assist you further. We have also contacted the supplier to confirm that the mounting parts for the lamp models should be the same.

To clarify the situation, we will thoroughly inspect the lamp once it arrives back at our warehouse to determine what went wrong. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and understand your frustration.

I never received my shipment

I never received my shipment. I didn't get reimbursed as Nordiska credited Klarna and then because of a money transfer issue on the date of the money transfer, my bank account was never credited. I have filed a claim to my bank but I haven't received any resolution yet. Nordiska failed to help me with this as they said they credited Klarna. My bank says it is my issue to resolve with Klarna, and I have provided my bank with all the email messages exchanged between myself, Nordisk and Klarna. A really bad experience with no resolution.

We understand that this situation has been frustrating, and we are truly sorry if it has caused any inconvenience. As previously mentioned, Klarna is our payment partner, and they handle all refunds. We have already checked the matter and can confirm that the refund has indeed been processed. We have also provided you with the documentation for this, as per your request.

If the refund has not been credited to your card or account, unfortunately, you will need to contact Klarna, your bank, or your card issuer for further assistance, as we have no ability to influence the transfer once the refund has been issued.

We sincerely apologize that we cannot do more in this case, but we are of course here if you have any further questions or need help with anything else.

Had a hickup with a discount code which…

Had a hickup with a discount code which couldn't be resolved automatically, but the customer service placed the order on my behalf with the discount applied after attempting to resolve the issue on their end for a while. Tracking information was fairly accurate, so was the product description.

The lamp is great but arrived…

The lamp is great but arrived unfortunately very late without any information.. I would have appreciated a bit of a better service regarding the communication to create a better customer journey..

there is no way to contact the seller

I have been trying to contact you since December 23, 2023 regarding the return of the lamp. The instructions say that you must be contacted in order to receive a return form. I have sent several e-mails, you do not respond to e-mails. I have tried to call, but your phone line is closed all the time. I have messaged you on Facebook and your Instgram, no reply. How can I contact you?

The product arrived quickly, but if there is a problem, it is difficult to deal with it when there is no way to contact the store.

i ordered a dining table and never…

i ordered a dining table and never received the legs. After multiple calls and emails i still haven’t gotten any response on when the legs are coming.

Sent a wrong address

Sent a wrong address. I ordered to Espoo but it came to Kamppi. My account address 00150 is not even close to Kamppi either. I had to spend too much time and physical effort to take the parcel. The delivery time was way longer than what it said in the description. Quite disappointed about your service.
