I am having a similar issue to what many others describe in terms of subscription.
Having been aggressively messaged to sign up the renewal or new subscription works completely by stealth. No reminders, no comms. It isn’t a scam in my opinion just very duplicitous. The frequency of messaging pre sign up and the complete absence of messaging regarding renewal makes me think it is a deliberate tactic.
I wouldn’t bother with the app. Just go on you tube and find some good callisthenics workouts.

The rely on your mistake to take your money. Months later they did not refund my money. Will keep reviews to help other stay away. Hope no one else is losing money as I did.

Fraude
I have been debited the sum of US$ 105,94 (debit card number 4195 1810 2072 1317) with unauthorized request. You are kindly requested to cancel my subscription and reimburse me the above amount.

Hidden monthly subscription. Thought I had purchased, actually did purchase a one month subscription, but turns out they create two subscription. One is a one off subscription for one month and hidden along side is a recurring monthly subscription of £79. This is obvious deception. Coincidentally, today’s news, priminister Andy Burnham announced steps to prevent companies from using these deception. Asked for refund but no reply.

I enjoyed the discounted trial, but I was too late cancelling & got charged £79 for a subscription i don't want. I contacted them the same day & cancelled immediately. Their customer service person was very polite, but basically said they can't refund the money. No real reason. Online companies like this rely on honest mistakes costing customers when they cannot afford it. Immoral.
Nora was great! She answered both of my questions with helpful information and resolved all of my concerns. Thank you again Nora!!
