I purchased a set of plates in the beginning of February (week 5) and received an email that it will be delivered 5 weeks later (week 10). Compared to competitors in the market, this is a horribly long delivery time to begin with!! But anyhow, I was okay with it up until in the week 10, they send an email saying that the delivery will be late for 4 more weeks!!! and the offer was 10% off if I wanted to keep my order. Of course I requested a cancellation and they confirmed after a couple of days. So, I do not recommend this site to anyone! Don´t be fooled by the look of their internet site, their work ethic is not high. And, they respond to emails very late and they don´t have any phone line which you can reach out to, which is also another red flag!

Lang levering

Products we ordered were much lower quality than they looked in the pictures and quite difficult to put together. Directions were not written clearly or accurately in some cases, leaving us to need to guess what needed to be done. The pieces will serve their purpose, but for the money spent and amount of time these took to arrive vs other carriers whose pieces were much higher quality, I am not impressed and will not be ordering again.

Their customer service surpassed my expectations. Mange tak.

I bought three furniture,one of them only give me part.i send email long time again.until now no answer , nobody care about the problem.no service.never buy things here again.

Worst shop ever! Order was late 2 months. Then they lamp arrived and you can feel that cord was such a poor quality that it looked fake. A price point of 1200dkk and lamp was not working

I bought a bunker bed 6590KR from NORDLYLIVING.DK in october 19th 2023, trust me until now i donot have the complete product. ladder/stairs were missing

The product was delivered so late i.e 7th december 2023 and was incomplete. now it is more than 2 months the missing parts are not delivered and the Nordlyliving doesnot want to refund yet i have tried to opt out of this worst transaction of the century. ZERO STARS

Really bad experience. Ordered a mirror back in November 25, 2023. At the time of ordering the mirror was in stock, but two weeks later still havent received the order. I needed to reach out first!! That should be a red flag. They told me the mirror will be send out on week 4 of 2024 so I decided to wait. It is now mid February and still havent received it. Sending mails but response is always the mirror will be send out soon. Send it already then. So DISAPPOINTED

Delivery time took more than 1month, parcel arrived in christmas/new year period- i was abroad and i had only few days to pick up the parcel, which was impossible for me. So parcel can take a tour for almost 2 months but to pick up it you have 4 working days!!!!! My parcel was returned by pickup point....

Terrible post sales service, while the quality of the sofa that has been purchased seems satisfactory, the services associated and the delivery time was very disconcerting. We placed our order on November 22nd 2023 & our goods didn't arrive until the 3rd week of January when a 2 week delivery time was offered when we purchased the item.

I’m waiting my order over 2 months. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. I’ve made my order in November and now is almost February- still nothing.

Great customer service and value for money.

I bought a small piece of furniture on November (black Friday sales) and it has not been delivered yet. Tried to call the phone numbers that are sent along with the order confirmation and hit either an automatic response record or a busy line. This week I got an email saying that the order should be delivered on week 8; tried several times more to call the number in the mail and again, only busy line :(
