SCAM ALERT
Ordered 2 items early December for Christmas gifts and when I saw tracking was in Chinese I knew I'd made a mistake. Tried to cancel and they kept telling me it had been shipped. Never received product even though they kept telling me it had been delivered in January. SCAM - SCAM. Obviously they are using the name NordsTOM - no R to try to pass as Nordstrom.
I have ordered many things from their website during the pandemic, first a slew of bathing suits for my vacation, and now some fall dresses.
I returned many of the bathing suits, which didn't fit quite right and received full credit for the returns within a reasonable time. The same for the dresses.
The range of quality merchandise is impressive, and I would order from them again.
