Great experience and good offers. However, the store has a different pricing than online sometimes, I know you guys match the online price, but also make sure deliveries are faster even when you pay over 150$ for an order.
NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN
So earlier today, I purchased a pair of UGGs, probably six hours ago for in-store pick up in Langhorne Pa, when my boyfriend went to pick them up. They weren’t ready. When I purchased them, they said they were in store so I called the store and asked the customer Service rep if they had my shoes in store, they said yes, except for some reason my shoes were being delivered from another store. If you were confused imagine my confusion, so I asked for a manager who proceeded to tell me the exact same thing I was told the only resolution would be to purchased the exact same Ugg’s from the store. I ordered them from re-buy them come back when my other UGGs got delivered to the store and returned them for my refund???? I will never purchase from this store again no one tried to help. No one had any solutions, including the manager who I spoke to, who’s solution was to re-buy comeback get a refund smh unbelievable!

September 25-2025 I ordered a pair of boots online. Customer service stated they would be ready for pickup, next day. I go to pick them up ,I'm about an hour away and they weren't there. The boots came the next day, which was The 26th . I went today to pick up my boots and they had returned them Oct -4 They didn't say when I ordered the boots you only have a couple of days before they return them, and this was my first-time picking up .Very disappointed in how they handle this situation

I have recently ordered items twice and BOTH TIMES got sent the wrong items even though the correct items were listed on my invoice, with pictures! I guess the folks in the warehouses who fill the orders are not paying attention. I am reluctant to ever order from them again. Employee rolls their eyes to a customer
A women who worked at the changing room department was supposed to provide good customer service with a smile, but acted rudely and rolled her eyes at my friend just because he wanted to try on some more clothes. I thought this was really disrespectful and rude of her.

Ohi at the Nordstrom rack store#0358 was amazing. I had an online purchase return and I did not have my order number. She attempted to locate my order using various methods. The entire time she was calm and understanding. She suggested I reach out to customer service and they also were extremely helpful. It turned out I typed the incorrect email . Ohi immediately assisted me without waiting in line again. She asked questions on how they were able to located my order so can assist customer should they have the same issue . That is excellent customer service done well.

I have placed and order using Paypal and selected my credit card be charged. Today after 3 days I have noticed that my bank account has been charged. Paypal that is was Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom Rack said that they followed Paypal procedures. The customers service rep from Nordstrom was very rude and not allowing me to speak. At this Orchard Place in Skokie IL , bought shoes on a Friday August 15 want it to exchange the size from 11 to 11.5 , management bad attitude they should set an example to their staff and I just wasted 50 dollars plus tax for no reason they wouldn’t let me exchange in two days of purchase, I rather shop at DSW next door

Nordstrom Rack is not the same
Back in the day Nordstrom Rack used to be so classy, nice employees, good clothing. You knew you weren’t at regular Nordstrom but still it was still a pleasurable experience. Not now. I’m done. Apparently the cashiers don’t need to be nice to the shoppers. Like Walmart. Get them out ASAP. I thought maybe my cashier last time was having a bad day but two visits later they’re all the same, snippy, no smile. I bought two dresses and asked off I could have them left on the hanger. Huffy she said….”.I guess. We’re not suppose to.” Really?? Then when she handed them to me over the counter one of the hangers broke. I asked got another one and she said “That one is fine.” I left because I knew I would get upset and didn’t want to go there. I ended up returning the dresses. I had them for 31 days, one day over the return policy, one day. They wouldn’t credit my Nordstrom account. I said to this cashier…
“One day? Can’t you credit my account?” Her response was bothered and she said…” No. it’s been that way a long time, you should know that.” So I’m done. Not the same as it to be. Target and TJ MAXX better clothes anyway.

I was able to purchase Brooks Glycerin Running Shoes for my size at the cheapest price on the market from an apparently reputable retailer (99 dollars). Shipping was likewise fast after a sleek and easy guest checkout.

Impossible to pay, constant error message of shipping address and billing address not the same. I tried the recommended workaround of NOT selecting the checkbox and entering the same info twice, but that didn't work either. Customer service cannot help, they get the same error message.
