Owner never apologized about staff keeping my property or attacking me
I first used 9:28/23. I moved into a storage unit. . I received a call from Greg that informed me they overbooked .Upon arrival, I asked the men why they brought a smaller truck and was told that that’s all they had… I told them I’d call Greg because I’m not paying extra for an unnecessary trip that wouldn’t have happened if correct size arrived. I called Greg , he apologized and say not to worry he’d fix it in the end… the 3 men were polite and worked efficiently. There were 12 containers and boxes that couldn’t fit so they had to make a 2nd trip… when it came to pricing I had an issue.3 guys because I shouldn’t have had to pay for an extra hour and 15 minutes if the correct size truck was used… I paid and I contacted Greg about everything and I complimented his workers but also informed him about the review I’d write… he hesitated but offered to refund an hour if that made me happy…I then told him that I’m a fair person and he could refund me $100 which he did…i then told him id give them another chance when it was time to move things from storage unit into my new apartment I scheduled a date with Greg and he called back to change the move date…I agreed. I told him to please have a 26’ truck because I didn’t want the same issue to occur and he said he’d make sure. So I was scheduled for noon on November 30th. I received a text at 12:45 stating the movers would arrive at 1:30. 2 guys arrived and started at 2:30 I asked where the 26’ truck was because this time they were in a 16’ truck and I said I wasn’t paying extra and Jay stated we won’t charge you for the extra trips. Jay then told me he had a buddy that was on his way and I told Greg I’m only paying for 2. I called Greg who apologized and said he’d fix price at end and I told him I’m not paying extra again… upon my arrival home there were about 6-7 guys outside my building smoking weed and they began to unload… I stopped 2 guys because now there were 5 guys and I called Greg and he told me to get Jay. So I was told they were helping him unload because they were tired from working earlier that day. over 2 hours later they arrive and began bringing in my stuff and then Jay came in and said there were roughly 15 things to bring inside… then he says (6:45) 6&1/2 hours and 3 workers and I said that’s incorrect… 2:30-6:45 in any language isn’t 6&1/2 hours… I told him I was going to call Greg and the he became uncontrollable… cursing me out told the men to stop bringing my items into the house and start putting my stuff back on the truck called me all types of bit*** and I called Greg and he heard everything and told me to tell him to call him and he cursed things to Greg then he dragged my wooded tabletop outside scratching it and I pulled it back in then he came closer to me…Greg still on the phone and when he raised his hands in my face I cursed him out and told Greg to call him and he said he doesn’t care what Greg says because Greg isn’t him boss and I said Greg I’ll put you on speaker Greg told him he’d pay them and for them to leave and I told Greg he kept some of my things and I wanted them back.. Greg said he’ll take care of everything because he shouldn’t have spoken to me that way… I’m a disabled woman that needs assistance.
