Every aspect of my experience was excellent.Good communication,prompt delivery and an efficient installation service.The arbour is beyond our expections and looks lovely.

We had a mix up over delivery I was in but in back garden so missed delivery but the driver came back from Halifax plus’s he had a lot to do so thank you and your driver a ten all day and will recommend you to every bossy I know regards Stewart marlow

Fast delivery and we'll communicated with emails about order delivery etc delivery driver was amazing helped all the way only problems I have is floor is thin also put my foot through so I've reinforced that and no door hinges that took nearly a week to get to me. My floor is not truly square so had minor problems with the build but nothing I couldn't get over

Just lacks finishing trim from roof to sides to make a neat join i will have to purchase the required material

Don't buy from this company. I have a shed that isn't even 2 years old and has a bow in the roof where water is now collecting. There is also a uniform gap running the length of the roof which measures 10mm wide. It's almost if they took 2 halfs and didn't quite join them together. Also the doors don't fully close. They won't come and look at these issues as they want to charge me as I didn't weather proof the inside of the shed. If I had known what the build quality would be like I would have bought from a different company. Be warned!

Very pleased with the quality of our summer house. Have replaced the window catches for better ones but otherwise very good.

Communication after purchase and before delivery was first class. The guys who delivered our shed were friendly, funny and extremely helpful. They phoned almost an hour before arrival and arrived within a minute of the time quoted. I really appreciated that. Shed is not built yet but quality looks brilliant. Would definitely buy from Norfolk ShedS again.

Hi, the actual shed is a good one, however the instructions are not great, For someone who is a beginner these should have been better explained, and the bit where you have to drill at an angle in the corner, the 60mm screws were not long enough to go through. Hubby was getting a little frustrated at certain points trying to piece together the build alongside the instructions, and hes built a few sheds. At the moment its finally up as the weather has stopped us from getting it up before now, just the felting and windows to put in. There were some points that didnt marry up as per the pictures

Good sheds, great support.

Their sheds are well designed and built, and their staff are friendly and skilled. They have been back twice to shave a bit off the door because I need access during the winter and the door has expanded in the wet conditions... but they've been happy to come back and sort it out and I appreciate that in todays world of sell it and run... good honest company.

Good service throughout. The office staff were great and answered all my questions. Delivery was done on the date albeit late in the day. The delivery men helped store the items under cover for me pending assembly.
Summer house is good quality with accurate parts and instructions.
My only comment is that the roof when assembled is very heavy and 2 of us only just managed to get it on top of the building by hand. Perhaps the warning could be stronger.
