Avoid Norlys. Once you have a subscription, it’s extremely difficult to get out of it. I’ve been trying for months to cancel and downgrade, and despite repeated confirmations, nothing was implemented. I kept being billed incorrectly, passed between different agents who had no context, and even received payment reminders while Norlys acknowledged they owe me money. Still no refund. Completely dysfunctional.

To keep it short, we switched from a previous service to them, they ensure us a smooth transition and got everything but that.
We are a month in and the internet still isnt working, they have sent out a technician to look into it and fix it, but he would have to make a report... long story and even longer waiting time for us to get internet.
they as well got our package wrong and charged us more than initially agreed upon.

I am extremely disappointed with Norlys eMobility. I have repeatedly asked for a clear explanation of invoices I received, yet instead of answering my question, they keep redirecting me to a debt collector and give generic responses that do not address the issue.
I have not used their service for 8 months, and I unsubscribed from their system long ago, so I do not understand what I am being billed for. I have asked several times for a detailed invoice and proof of what the charges are for, but they have still not provided any proper documentation.
Customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and completely unwilling to resolve the matter. If a company cannot explain a charge or prove that a service was used, then the invoice should not be enforced. My experience has been frustrating, and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects clear communication and basic accountability.

I had a very frustrating experience with this service. I requested to cancel my subscription, but I never received any confirmation or proper follow-up.
Their customer service is awful — they are not responsive at all. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, I have been completely ignored.
I was also told that I would receive a refund for one of the subscriptions, but this has still not happened.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I will definitely not use it again.

I have set up the automatic payment but eventually it wasn't properly setup by the agent.
Now they charged me ridiculous amount of money. On top of it the service is crap and I am paying lot's of money for having a slow internet. They have an AI agent that is ridiculously stupid and ask you the same question and do not transfer to a human agent.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Norlys.
I downgraded my TV package, yet more than 30 days later I was still charged for the full TV package. When I contacted customer service, I was told that even though the charge was incorrect, the refund could only be returned next month. In other words, Norlys keeps the money for another month even when they acknowledge the billing issue.
What was even more surprising was the lack of interest in resolving the situation. When I said that I would rather cancel my subscription completely, the representative showed no effort to find a solution or retain me as a customer. The cancellation was simply processed without any discussion or alternatives.
So the outcome is that Norlys keeps my money until next month, still charges me for a few days of the new month, and I am left without the service.
This experience raises serious concerns about billing practices and customer care. I expected much better transparency and customer support from a large company like Norlys.
