I can't comment on the company for mobile phone contracts (or whatever their core business is), but ordered headphones as a xmas present, 12 days before I needed them. No update that they are not actually in stock, no response to email requests. DO NOT use this company to shop for electronics!

Fast and user-friendly
Satisfied with the phone and the subscription I got. I wanted a good smartphone with the most basic features and the website recommended a model that met my requirements. When I spoke to the service team, I got exactly the help I needed.

I don’t want to see Norlys’ scam advertisements anymore. This company is exceptionally dishonest. I once bought a Huawei phone that cost 400 DKK, and they told me that if I switched my home electricity to their company, I could buy the phone for only 100 DKK. I accepted the offer, but after that, the electricity bill for my 35 m² student apartment suddenly increased to around 2,000 DKK per month, even though I had always paid only 200–250 DKK before.
I contacted them many times, but they kept charging me more than 2,000 DKK per month for six whole months. After several complaints, they were finally forced to transfer my electricity contract to another company. This company operates like a completely professional scam.

I work as a truck driver and I travel all over Denmark and I have never had problems with the signal. Apart from that, we really like that there are always very interesting offers. You can easily get any gadget on the subscription. Recently, I bought a Motorola Edge 70+ accessories with the Black Friday offer. The phone arrived at my home but the accessories did not. I called an operator and he was very professional and solved my problem immediately. In 2 days, I also received the accessories, so we are very satisfied.

I honestly have never experienced such poor customer service as I have with Norlys. Completely unhelpful, and doesn't care to follow up with your claim. The person helping me told me he would actually forget about this claim and I needed to reach out. So unserious and unprofessional.

Since mid-October, we have been using Norlys 5G internet and were very satisfied. However, despite full 5G coverage in our area, the internet speed at home is extremely low and disappointing.
We contacted customer support and sent speed test results, but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet.
We hope this gets fixed soon, as the current experience is far from the quality we initially enjoyed.

Their website keeps crashing and their 'easy' transfer from one provide to them, was not easy at all!
on the day where my provider changed, and I went to activate my e-sim on their website it not only kept crashing, but when I finally got in it said that my e-sim was already active.... I hadn't activated it myself and this meant that I couldn't add it to my phone, since that is part of the process when activating your e-sim... If I hadn't had a second phone available I would not have been able to get in contact with them to fix this massive f* up.... So no I can sadly not recommend changing to Norlys...

Worst customer service and care for the customer. TELIA was 10 times better. With them everything was going smooth and fast. With Norlys i ordered an iphone 10 days ago and not a single update since. I wrote emails after emails to the person who helped me sign the contract (because on the website you can’t, is not working), and he never replied again. Called customer service few times, always says form the start, that you need to wait 60 minutes. On the website for mobilephone and mobile internet they do not have any emails attached where you can write. If i could give 1 start i would give.

The customer service is a joke. I started a chat support as a potential new customer for Norlys at 17:25 with B, now it's almost 20:00 and he has left me on read. What makes you think that this is "customer service" and what makes you believe that I would ever consider Norlys again with this behavior? I just found another provider who has successfully helped me via chat. So thank you, but NO.
