Avoid this company

Bought a leather wallet that was supposed to have an Apple air tag. Poor quilty and not Air Tag. They leave you no way to return and they will not respond to your inquiries.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. SCAM!
If I could give a zero rating I would. I ordered a premium leather wallet. When it arrived it was neoprene. Reached out to customer service 7 times. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Do not spend one penny with this company. Purchased in June but using todays date as experienced because it’s been ongoing.

Normest Customer Service is Non-Existent!!

I didn't hate the wallet but I wasn't overly impressed either. After a few months, the small switch that is used to eject your credit cards broke off. It has been several weeks since I emailed multiple warranty claim requests and I have gotten no replies. As the other reviews indicate, Normest Customer Service is awful.

I have had the same

I have had the same, brought the wallet, didn't know I came with NO AirTag. wanted to return the item. the website tells you how to but there is nothing to allow the set up of a return. After several emails asking them and no reply. I posted the wallet back to the address it came from with a covering letter asking for a refund. I tracked the return and its been delivered and still nothing no refund or response.

Shady business

We ordered the product but didn’t know the AirTag didn’t come with it. The website was not clear at all. We asked them about it and they replied with a quoted response from the website. Then we asked about returning it and there was no response and all communication discontinued including sales emails. It is my guess that they have ceased doing business from this site, or at least not answering any questions. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!

They are horrible in customer service! Stay Clear

They have horrible to non-existent customer service. Their wallet product is cheaply made and instead of leather it appears to be vinyl. The seams tore the first week of use. I've tried several times to submit a warranty request and there has never been a response.

Normest is shame

The product looks and feels cheap. There is no way on their site to return their horrible product. Tried contacting them three times with no response. I wish I had found this site sooner.

Unresponsive support, no way to return product

Like many others, I wanted to return the wallet I purchased from them for quality reasons,but I was not able to find anywhere on their website to start a return process, following the instructions on their website for how to return their products. Their customer support staff were completely unresponsive.

Absolutely ridiculous company

Absolutely ridiculous company. They sent the item fine but when we wanted to return it, there is no way of starting the returns process. All emails have been ignored.

TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT BUY

I purchased the wallet earlier this year, had very few items in it and it ripped. I went through their “lifetime warranty” process online TWICE, and never heard back. There is no number to call or email to send to from what I could find (not that they would answer anyways). Customer service is nonexistent. Their wallets are cheaply made and do not care for the consumer at all. Absolutely do not buy their products

Do not purchase!!

Do not purchase!!! I bought a $100 AirTag Passport cover and it is cheap. I wanted to return. There is no way to process return online, get an address, or call them. There is zero customer service.

I wrote a poor review on their website, but they screen reviews and don't post. I suspect many are fake.

After writing a half dozen times with no response, the 45 days expired.

I rarely post reviews online, but I feel people should be warned against this one.

Product took forever to be delivered. Damaged in shipment. The wallet is junk. Poorly made, thin material. Have requested a refund with no answer.

Filed a complaint with BBB AND FTC.
