I share a similar, terrible experience attempting to return a Normest product. I concur with the reviews that believe Normest is a vile, despicable company. In my experience, the Normest website if filled with false statements (such as “hassle free returns” and false reviews). I contacted my credit card company, Citi, seeking their assistance to make the return of the wallet that failed to meet my expectations. While Citi has been decent in making purchases, it was worthless in trying to resolve the return issue. After I provided documentation on how many times I had attempted to contact Normest (with no response from Normest) Citi bank denied my claim and said I should “contact the merchant and work directly with them.” Absolutely worthless! If your credit card company is Citi bank, don’t waste your effort seeking their assistance attempting to return a Normest product.

Horrible purchased 2 wallets the second was to replace the first that they would not honor the warranty for. My dumbass purchases another one anyway for it to never arrive. I have yet to get any reply back from the 7-8 emails i sent to have a resolution these aholes need to be shutdown. Looks good but the quality is crap. Stay away spend your money elsewhere. Seriously

The wallet is of very low quality and there is no answer from the company when I want to send it back!

I liked the wallet initially. It was half the price of the Ridge Wallet. The carbon fiber didn't look bad. However, the production quality is terrible. Within months, 80% the the torx screws came out. it is like they didn't put any lock-tight on them at all. As the screws are quite small, I didn't see when the first couple came out. Now it is too late and the wallet is unfixable.

AirTag containing leather wallet tore at seams in 3 places within 2 months. Customer service does not reply to request for warranty replacement or refund. Do not purchase from them.

The material is cheaply made, I have tried to contact customer service twice and have not received any response! The wallet I purchased is only 3 months old and it completely has ripped. Do not waste your money. We ended up having to purchase another less expensive one that is a better quality.

Company doesn’t honor their advertising. Doesn’t respond to any form of communication.

I got screwed. Really bad company. Wallet fell apart and they don't return requests for contact and you can't call them. Bad people.

I purchased a wallet approximately 1 months ago and wished to return it due to not fitting my needs. The quality of their leather is excellent though. Their website states that within 45 days, a full refund would be issued upon reception of the product. However, you cannot find the return label anywhere and despite contacting this company numerous times, they do not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wish I could give them no stars! Bought an airtag wallet and the "bracket' that holds the airtag broke within a week. I have tried to file a warranty as well as contact Customer service but can only send an email and never get a response! Of course I get tons of advertising emails daily but I haven't blocked them out of fear that they may actually respond. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Echo the views of 99% posted, wish I had came across these reviews earlier! Flashy website with absolute crap products. Cheap looking, poor quality and not fit for purpose. Like others, I have requested return details and nothing, no response or reply.

Do NOT buy from this company. I currently have a dispute through Affirm payments because Normest won't respond when I requested their return address so I can ship their wallet back. Total crook company with fake reviews.

Made a purchase and I don’t like the product I’ve emailed several times to return with no reply and no way to return product or contact customer service.

Definitely not the product that is advertised on their site. Misleading visuals. Poor quality product received. Not worth the purchased price. No responses to their Contact Us platform regarding Return Request.

They are a complete joke of a company! product is absolute garbage and the customer service is an even bigger joke. They don't respond at all. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CRAPY PRODUCT.
