I purchased a ring as a gift for my daughter, but unfortunately the inside design wasn’t quite right for her. I got in touch to request a refund — and that’s where this company’s customer service truly shone!
The return process (which needs to be authorised by the company, for good reason) was incredibly smooth and easy, and the team were so supportive and helpful every step of the way. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and everything was handled quickly and professionally.
Even though the item itself wasn’t suitable for the recipient, I would absolutely recommend this company without hesitation. I’ll definitely be coming back for future gifts. They’re an absolute pleasure to deal with!

My partner purchased a ring for my Christmas present back in November 2025. It is now end of January 2026 with still no update if the item has been shipped or will be shipped. Customer service keeps advising they will contact the warehouse but with now 5+ attempts to get an update we still are no further in knowing whether to expect the ring or not. I wish I had of seen reviews before purchasing because I definitely would have avoided. Very disappointed.
Cheap shoddy earrings
Cheap shoddy earrings - tarnished in less than 2 weeks and hadn’t even been worn.
Norm don’t feel obligated to refund the full amount for items you couldn’t sell at a car boot sale.
I will never look at their site again let alone buy anything.

I bought a pinky signet ring in yellow gold.
It’s an absolute perfect fit, and the ring itself is beautiful. Great quality, the inside is hollow but it’s not too thin at all, the edges does not feel uncomfortable because is very well made. I’ve also had some problems with shipping, and the customer service did and incredible job in helping me out. Highly recommend ♥️

Very nice jewellery
I ordered a solo diamond bracelet as a gift and it is truly beautiful. Delicate and feminine. I also received as a gift the birthstone necklace and it is very nice too. I would prefer if the stone would be on both sides as it turns when wearing, but that doesn’t make it less beautiful. Will defiantly order again.

So far they seem like a scam. I ordered a ring on 1/3, and today is 1/13, and they still didn’t ship yet. I send them and email and no reply. Please don’t buy from them.

I ordered a ring on December 18th for a New Year's gift. Delivery was supposed to take 3-6 days. I contacted them today, but they haven't even shipped it. And I'm sure if I hadn't written to them, they wouldn't have even shipped it today.
Sack of lies
This company is a sack of lies. Poor customer Service.
I ordered on 5th December for "3-6 Days Delivery" in good faith it would be delivered in time for me leaving the country 19 days later. Had zero update for a week and contacted customer service via email. They responded on the 12th and informed me it had been shipped and my tracking number should update in the next 48 hours. No update happened. I called customer service a week later, who simply answered the call with somewhat rude "Hello?". Very strange. I asked the guy if he could send my order with next day delivery as I was desperate to receive it in time, he simply replied 'no, because we haven't got the product to ship yet, hoping to get it Monday (22nd)'. So either that guy was lying (unlikely), or the tracking number for a 'shipped product' I was given a week prior was a lie (likely).
I was then kindly informed if I send an email, I could get the delivery changed to Germany, where I was going. So, again, in good faith, I did so. But a day later I received another response saying my package had already shipped (but no update of the tracking number). I tried to ring again, but no one answered my calls. Now the tracking number updated (22nd) and the product is being shipped to the original address, where I am not.
This company clearly oversold their stock, or went beyond their manufacturing capability in the time frame they promised online, then proceeded to lie to me multiple times about my order, and was incapable of reorganising their chaotic process.Terrible terrible ethics and awful customer service. Yes it's the Christmas period and you will sell more, but selling beyond your capability to manage is simply scummy.
You once claimed that the delay is because 'our products are hand made'. This should be clearly indicated that it will affect delivery times. Yes you offer 3 days delivery after it's shipped, but make it clear as part of your ordering WHEN it will be shipped.

I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift back in November. Despite stating on the website items would be shipped within 3-6 working days, it took approx. one month. On receiving the bracelet, it was not the size ordered (much smaller!), and I would struggle to see how it would fit a child's wrist not to mind an adults. Now, with only days before Christmas, I will have to search for a replacement. I have asked for a refund but have not heard back yet. My advice, stay clear of this company.

Ordered in good faith the website states 2-5 working days with would make it to me in time for Christmas as it was a gift, once the order had gone through it added 2-3 more days delivery, I emailed this issue with no response called the number via a Google search and was met with a vet rude man who told me that’s the way it is and there’s nothing he could do about it, when I asked why the website states an incorrect deliver time he became angry and agitated and shouted “do you want me to repeat that” I will never purchase from again please save your money go elsewhere.
