Had a large secondary glazing panel fitted in June 2024. The fitters did not clean the window before hard fixing it in place. They returned a few days later and refitted the window, having given the panels a wipe with a cloth, and just smearing the dirt evenly over the glass. The dirty windows were then permanently sealed in place. They promised to come back and resolve the issue and a year later I am still waiting. The secondary glazing does not open, and so there is no access for me to clean the windows. Unacceptable and about to take this company to court.

Quoted for window repairs, given a realistic time frame of when the work would be carried out. Contacted in advance of tradesmen arrival and they arrived on time. Work carried out politely and tidily with no fuss. Had reason to contact them 10 days later about a minor issue. They came back the very next day and resolved it. Would recommend.
