Nortech client experience
We don't purchase a lot of their equipment, but the service and backup when we do is excellent. I have visited their facility on a couple of occasions and they have a good range of equipment, and as importantly the technical expertise to support it.

Great service
I always get a speedy response from my enquiries. Quotes are delivered quickly, as are the parts once ordered. Order confirmations are sent so that you know your orders have been received. Nortech staff are always helpful and efficient. Equipment just works.

Supportive team and strong ROI
The team have been so supportive and helpful in working with the hardware across a site installs.
Paul in tech was outstanding in supporting onsite engineer team. Kit is both simple and also delivers huge functionality and capability as well as cost savings across the lifecycle of the access control project.
