A couple of years ago I decided I wanted to get down to the weight I was when I was 20 which is nine stone eight which I managed to do. I lost more actually I’m nine stone four so I decided I needed a new wardrobe north face was the shop I chose and I’m so glad I did because all of the stuff I bought everyone says I look fantastic in it. I’ve looked around other clothes shops and if I had gone to any of those shops, it would’ve been a total waste of money and every shop I have been into the staff I’ve been fantastic my local store is Sheffield Meadow Hall and the staff there? I’ve got used to me I know what I will like and they’ve helped me build my wardrobe. i’ve bought stuff from North face for a few years now and all of the stuff looks like I’ve just bought it. It’s that Well made. I’ve never worn any of it out. I even buy people. Stuff Who do me jobs to say thank you and they’re always grateful and the stuff at Meadow Hall branch are absolutely fantastic. That’s where I’ve got most of my stuff from their kindness towards me and the way they help me has made me feel really good about myself. I’ve got them to thank for all the compliments I’m getting from people seeing how nice I look. 

So I decided to splash out and buy myself the warmest coat I could find. It cost me roughly £400 from NorthFace. A few years later I noticed the collar was covered in little down feathers. Unfortunately it's only covered for 2 years under warranty. So my expensive coat that I only wore in total for less than 6 months, now looks like I've been wearing it whilst having a pillow fight! NorthFace isn't interested so it's my loss. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn people to report any problems within the 2 years even if it's clearly their fault. I won't be buying from NorthFace again. I thought they sold quality items!
