Smooth and hands off bespoke property sourcing
I recently worked with Jack and the TPN team, using their bespoke property sourcing service to purchase a property.
I really appreciated being able to work directly with Jack and benefit from his expertise, knowledge and network. He took the time to understand my criteria and end goal, and proposed and advised on different options to help achieve them.
As an expat based overseas, communication is particularly important to me. Jack was excellent at keeping me updated with frequent, clear communication, so I always knew exactly where we were in the process despite being out of the country.
Jack also helped manage the light refurbishment of the property to get it ready to be let, making the whole process much easier to manage remotely.
Overall, I had a great experience working with Jack and the TPN team and I’m already planning to use their services again for the next one!
