Got the best bomber style jacket from North American Jackets. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical since it was my first time purchasing from you, but the quality of the jacket resolved all my concerns. I am definitely going to recommend you to my friends.

I was disappointed when the jacket I ordered took a long time to anrrive and missed my daughter’s sweet 16 party, and so I canceled the order. This company refunded my money right away. So, you can imagine my surprise when FedEx appeared in the driveway and dropped off a strange box. I could not figure out what it might be until I opened it. My daughter was with me and the moment she saw it she was screaming with excitement and putting it on and twirling around. She loves it so much. I immediately contacted the company and asked to be billed again because they deserve to be paid for their work. I am grateful they sent it anyway. Even if it missed her birthday, my daughter still has it and loves it. ❤️

Do not buy from this company. The jacket took 6 weeks to arrive and is terrible quality. The zipper does not work and the jacket smells like smoke. I asked for a return address and a refund and am getting the run around. In addition to paying $20 for shipping, I just received a bill in the mail for $30 from Federal Express for tariffs. A huge waste of money.

Ordered a Le Mans jacket/pants on 12-12-25...nothing yet. Sent at least 4 emails looking for a tracking number or a date to be shipped...nothing.

I ordered a leather jacket - replica of a vintage model that is no longer available. It took longer than I expected to get it but I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It's high quality leather, beautifully crafted and genuinely exceeded my expectations.

It took some patience in the world of instant gratification but I'm pleased I waited.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a Detroit Lions varsity jacket from them. After not hearing frmo them for a few weeks and seeing reviews, I sent an email cancelling the order. Of course, they sent the jacket a few days later and it is a piece of crap.

Cheaply made. The lion looks like a dragon (or something). Now that I want to return it, they are incommunicado. No response.

Very shadey company. Do not do business with them.

I did ordered a jacket XS on 1th December 2025, and I did received XL and since then there is 22 emails between me and customers service unit now 6 of Jan 2026 and every time some one reply to apologise and promising me that they will send the right size even do they charge extra fee for fast delivery but still the orders take weeks to arrive. I am very disappointed of the services not recommended at all.

I ordered a hoodie on December 18 once they took my money they say we received your order and that after that nothing else they are crooks do not buy from them. I’ve sent them several emails. No response. Do not buy from them. Do not buy

The jacket was of excellent quality and it looks great! Took a month to get to me but the wait was worth it for what I got.

the trench jacket was awesome and very Accurate to the music video and it is Comfortable to wear

The whole experience was great! I ordered the Kylie Minogue Timebomb jacket for the incoming Tension tour, and at first the size was too small for my liking. I communicated with the Sales Executive to get a new jacket that's more fitting. They took my measurements, explained the whole process, and double checked the measurements with me for accuracy and final delivery. When I received the new jacket, it came out perfect. I don't need to worry about getting another jacket anymore. The jacket itself is SO high quality. It smells and feels like leather, such a beautiful piece. Thanks for your help!
