Worst of the Worst

Worst of the worst: This company has given me incorrect information about Medicare and CGM’s over a one month period. I’m still not approved for a CGM due to their errors. They even lied to me: said they contacted Medicare and they didn’t. This is just a bunch of call center agents making up answers that are incorrect.

Still waiting on CGM

My latest encounter involved changing health care providers to secure better pricing on CGMs. I had previously used ADS for my CGM provider. I ask my doctor to use them again. RX was sent on 2/22/24, I followed up by phone( by the way not a great system, I was on hold a lengthy perios of time , dropped calls and call backs are mostly impossible to get back thru) I was told they had everything they needed and would be submitting to my healthcare provider, I heard nothing back so I called again on March 8 and was told they had to correct my healthcare provder information. They had no explanation why my account has to be re-veried and corrected in their system when I was told no problems back in February. So 10 days with no CGM and now back to waiting for someone to call be back. Time to switch providers? I'm thinking so!
