Order shipped on 20th June. Today is July 12th and I have not received any updates. Sent a number of email with no response. Asked for a refund and no response. This is giving me scam alerts. Do not shop from this store.

Highly recommend NOT purchasing from this company.

Northend.shop is fraudulent! I received the wrong product and upon requesting a refund was told I'd have to pay shipping to return. After 18 emails and 5 phone calls with customer service I'm still strung along. I believe they have no intention of refunding my cost however, they were certainly quick to process my payment.
This company is fraudulent and engaged in theft and deception.

Terrible customer service that would be the first thing that I would change. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because now I'm out $100 for sandals that don't fit correctly. I've sent emails and called and haven't received any response. I contacted my bank and they told me that the product that I ordered and the description of the product that I ordered is accurate so there's nothing that they can do. This company needs to put on a fraud list for anyone that tries to buy from them again.

Northendshop advertised Skechers sandals. I ordered 19th May within 2 weeks I knew it was a scam. I have e-mailed several times asking for refund. My bank has also requested a refund. The tat sandals arrived today. I have been in touch with Trading Standards who advise the company is in Denver and I have no chance getting my money back. I hope they are brought to task but different laws they'll get away with it.

Awful customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes - arrived quite quickly, but in the wrong size.
Have sent emails showing the unopened packaging, requested an exchange or refund… and have been totally ignored.
They’ve just kept my money and now I have a pair of useless shoes. Thanks!

I can’t say I have buyer’s remorse, because I never received my order of June 5. No communication from them whatsoever. But they were very efficient at processing my credit card after scamming me to order a second pair of shoes, which was impossible to reverse. Lesson learned, but I’ll report this to
my credit card company. Order #136014.

Wish I had read the reviews. Similar story - sent wrong size cheap and chatty supposed Skechers sandals. Mo response from them yet and the returns email was undeliverable.

Absolutely awful. It took ages for the order to arrive and once it did the sandals weren't as shown in the photos.
They responded to my first refund request asking for photos, which I sent immediately.
I didnt get a response since. Really upsetting to lose £60.

Worst company ever. Came wrong size and very crappy. Impossible to return and get refund. Stay away from this company.

If I could have given zero stars I would, absolute scam of a company, I ordered 1 pair of sandals is size 12(usa) they have arrived and are at least 2 sizes smaller and cheap tat at that!

I ordered some shoes from this ‘company’ supposedly Skechers and paid for them. Haven’t received them and not able to email them. Fake company don’t order from them!! I get sucked into these adds which look so authentic.

After waiting two months for delivery I received the wrong size
No response from seller
Also shoes reak of nasty chemical smell
Do Not use this site

One month after paying for order still no delivery. SCAM. Buyer beware.

These people are scammers. I bought two pairs of Steve Madden sandals for £68, but they sent me cheap rubber sandals instead. When I asked for a refund, they offered me a 50% discount and a credit for the other 50% toward a future purchase. Alternatively, I could pay for shipping to China myself—which is very expensive—and wait for them to receive and inspect the product; only if they approved it would they refund my money. Don't trust them; they are scammers.

So, once again I wish I had read review of this scam aka so called shop.
Brought 3 pairs of sandals, supposedly Skechers! Laughable, they were all the incorrect size 36 instead of 39. Wrong colour.
Immediately contacted help line, submitted photos as requested, but kept on bouncing back.
I have currently submitted a charge back via American Express, and hopefully they can recover my £90.
This shop/scam needs to be closed down.

I purchased some sandals on 20th may.when they arrived they were not the right size and nothing like the description. I emailed them explaining this.they asked to send them pictures of the sandals,the packaging, and the size. I did this,and have heard nothing. As a disabled pensioner, I can ill afford to lose £46.

Buyer beware!!!! wish I could've read all the reviews before buying, got scamed again. Taking my sneaker knock offs to Goodwill maybe someone can fit into them. Never ever buying anything from Facebook again!

I ordered and paid for sandles towards the end of May they appear to be on route but they have been in China since 29th May, I have emailed the customer services several times no one seems to want to reply or sort this out for me. If there is no rush in receiving an order, otherwise you should think carefully about placing an order with this company.

Ordered sketchers ad that was what they advertised. Got some Chinese knock offs. They want me to return them to China at my cost to get my £38 back... not even the £46 I oaid with postage. Or keep the knock offs and get a 75% Gift Card for a new item. Total scam company
