Item was sent to wrong address. Despite many emails and attempted phone calls and messages to get it redirected.... I received no replies except from 1 time on phone. Where I was promised the mistake would be resolved.... which it was not... all communication after was ignored by the seller. Waste of time... no customer service.... avoid... total scam
The item was never delivered.
UPD: I received an update on the shipment status a day after posting this review. The item was finally delivered, but it ended up a month later than communicated.
The item was fine, but the delivery process and communication around the delay could be better.
