Auxillis has been the best service in times when my car incurred hit and run collision..
My routine was disrupted when someone smashed into my parked car on a side road. Auxillis quick response was very refreshing. Auxillis kept me back into my normal routine given me a car that requisite my own car. It was overwhelming to have such a brown new car car as replacement. I do not know how I could recover another car to use for work if I did not have Auxillis quick Assistance. Auxillis service left me speechless.

Good when they're good but bad when…
Good when they're good but bad when they're bad. Had these through my insurance and within a month had to change cars 3 times because of faults with the cars. they then put me in a vehicle that wasn't suitable for my driving needs and it took 2 weeks to change this and lots of chasing. charged me £60 admin fee for parking ticket but won the appeal with the ticket so they reimbursed this which i thought was good.

Great service, can't fault.
This was the first time I had to call my insurance, Auxillis made the whole process super easy and simple. Every staff member I spoke to was super helpful and answered any and all questions (no matter how small) I had with no issuses and were incredibly friendly. They whole claim was handled quickly and communication was great, I always knew at what stage of the process my claim was in. Great service, can't falut.

Beware of greedy admin fees
Great car, everything was great until I got a speeding ticket. I feel let down by greedy and excessive admin fees. £60 charge on top of the £100 charged by the police. There is no need and Auxillis have people over a barrel. Are you supposed to refuse your ‘guaranteed car hire’ from your insurance company because they choose to charge £60 for a sending a couple of emails? I accept I should pay an admin fee, but feel £20 would be more appropriate and isn’t taken advantage of people making a mistake. If I had a choice I’d not use this company again even though the car was a dream.
I have since received a £40 refund from Auxillis, but definitely think the industry needs regulating to stop this form of exploitation.

Absolutely fantastic customer service
From initial contact to completion the levels of customer service provided to me by Auxillis was absolutely fantastic. They really helped make what was a difficult time for me an exceptionally smooth process. I had a lovely courtesy car delivered to my door within hours of my first call and my damaged vehicle was picked up at around the same time. I cannot stress enough how amazing every member of staff i spoke to was, they really are a real asset to the company. What a fantastic company Auxillis are and thank you so much, it really is appreciated 👏

Helpful when I needed it!
From day one and all the way through my no-fault claim process, Auxllis staff have been supportive and clear in their communication. The loan vehicle was delivered and collected with little disruption to my day and the drivers called me before arriving so I knew when to expect them. All the team I dealt with where polite and engaging.

Was made easy
Was made easy, but the extra money for coverage of insurance is a bit naughty when its a courtesy car because of a crash. Also, I had to chase several times for them to collect the vehicle after my insurance paid out, which wasn't great. Other than that, was easy and pleasant .
