This company has not responded to my request for them to put right problems

Despite a lovely loft on the surface, I believe this company tries to get away with some shoddy work that is not immediately visible. The loft was finished in March and since then 3 tiles have fallen from the roof onto the pavement, narrowly missing me on one occasion. The tiles fell from the place where the company entered the roof initially. This dangerous situation has not been remedied, despite numerous calls and emails. They are now not responding to me. Also the pipework for the shower room does not slope at the correct angle, despite them returning to fix this problem. Water is now backing up to the shower and I need to get a plumber back to check the pipework again. I am now about to contact the trade's association to which they belong to start a mediation process for them to pay for the tiler and plumber that I have had to call out - the work is supposed to be guaranteed for one year but this guarantee does not mean a thing apparently! I can see we will end up in the small claims court.
