Northmark Advisory is a remote accounting, internal audit, risk and advisory firm, based in Miami, Florida. We give growing businesses a qualified finance team without the cost of a local firm or new in-house hires, and we work in your time zone. What we do: Accounting and bookkeeping: bookkeeping and reconciliations, payroll support, a month end close within the first week of the month, audit support, and clean up of books that have fallen behind. We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books and other cloud systems. Internal audit: risk based audit plans, outsourced or co-sourced internal audit, process reviews, control testing, and clear reports for owners, boards and audit committees. Risk management: risk workshops, risk registers, control design and testing, and business continuity planning. Financial advisory: policies and procedures, delegation of authority, KPIs, segregation of duties, and readiness for IFRS 18. We work with businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Australia, New Zealand and the Gulf, and we work alongside your CPA, accountant or external auditor. Confidentiality comes first. Every engagement starts with a signed confidentiality agreement, access is limited to the named people on your engagement, and we never ask anyone to share a password.
