Good Socks, but I recieved a bill for customs Service. Payed 14€ for Socks and supposed to pay 20€ for customs. Never Again

Never received the socks I ordered during the Black Friday Week (worth more than 35 euros) - it was sent out but has been in transit for more than 5 weeks now. I have contacted Northsocks' shipping provider twice without response. Then contacted Northsocks customer service twice for help but they are not responding either. Very disappointing as they were supposed to be gifts for Christmas. I don't see another way than request a refund through my credit card company. :(

One pair of socks had both socks written on it „don’t follow me“. Instead of one saying „I‘m lost too“.

The order and shipment went allright. It was helpfull to receive emails with the update status of my order.

Delivery after 4 days. Very cool print and nice quality!

I bought a pack of 8 socks and they came very quick to my adress. The package got shipped from Turkey and I live in Germany.
The socks came without dmg and to my surprise, they smelled pretty nice and looked just as cool as in the pictures from the website.
To be real, I first thought that it may be a scam, like one of those chinese shop sites but that is not the case what I can say from my order :)

The order and fast shipping process was very good. I saw their AD on instagram and the discount were great, so that the price was definitely okay. The looks of the socks and the colours are great, too. I ordered Rick&Morty and so others. The only thing which is not that good ist this 'one size fits all'. I have shoe size EUR 43 and it is quite hard to get them on, but I didn't have any pressure marks after a whole day. Just the fitting process is a little tricky compared to my other socks.

Extreme fast delivery, no problems. Quality seems to be ok at first view.
