The supplier responded to my questions quickly, and the service was very good, with the evacuated glass tubes being delivered from Melb to Newcastle within 3 days from placing of the order. The supplier even went to the trouble to make up a special timber pallet to ensure safe freighting of the tubes. I can highly recommend this supplier and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Just received our hot water system ex Melbourne to rural WA, shipped under 2 weeks in Covid times & most of all intact. Big shout out to Cooper for the packaging in protecting the system over 3000 road k's. Later, Scott (Lowden 6240).

Contacted Andrew directly for freight to Brisbane he organised freight and payment through paypal made things very easy.
The 30 tube heater unit retrofitted to an existing tank heated 400 litres of water in 5 hours of afternoon sun.
