Hi, i’m assuming you’re referring to order number - #1264, we have spoke via whatsapp about you exchanging your order, you decided not to go down this route.
As our terms and services state we only offer refunds on brand new products, and exchanges on used.
You expected a brand new paid of shoes, even though the description clearly states “Great condition - USED” used even being in capital letters, furthermore you have started a chargeback via klarna which you have lost further showing that we are not at fault.
The Price of the item was “£69.99” and the item was clearly started and pictured as a used item.

Bought a few things from this site that you couldn't get anywhere else safe secure delivery I'm getting quite a regular now it's my go to site if I'm looking for any sold out items at a reasonable price 10/10

Nike Therma Windrunner blue
My son has been looking for the blue Windrunner and so pleased North west had it in stock. There was a delay in delivery so reached out to seller. He looked into for us without any hesitation. Before he could fix the issue the jacket was delivered. None the less he was helpful and tried to sort the issue out but didn’t need to in the end. Will definitely buy from here again.

Really nice guy sorted out two different items for me a pair of 110s that were on sale tbh for the price I was more then happy shoe was brand new and then the windbreaker was 10/10 best one i have bought and as I said the lad couldn’t be more helpful and a good businessman 💯
