The company is a little behind the times... Price Hiders

The company is a little behind the times. They have a poor telephone service, with one guy who is not a polite as one would expect for a SALES SERVICE. Though he is knowledgeable with the parts I needed. He selected the parts we discussed, placed them for order, asked "how would you like to pay" I then gave me credit card details and then I was charged.....
On two occasions this guy charged me for the parts, without telling me the PRICE FIRST.

The 1st order I made was £200 for a simple item...... what if I didn't have it????

Guys you need to be quoting the prices to clients before you take the payment.

The 2nd order I made I asked the price first. I was quoted the price before delivery and VAT.... imagine my surprise we £30 extra came out of my account....

Im so disappointed in you guys.... these are basics. I won't be using you again. Try Ace Classics, Norman Hyde or Andover or any of the other ones.
