BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS
UPDATE BELOW! I received a three cutting board package where the biggest wood cutting board started warping and splitting after about a month (the other two are still ok). Now about 3 months after the start of use I contacted customer service about a replacement or partial refund and after 12 back and fourth emails and many repetitions from their side they told me I cant complain after 14 days after I've received! No understanding that some products fail after 14 days!!! No refund, no replacement, no coupon, no code for a discount... Moronic customer service and a shitty webside with bad quality chinese products / do not recommend!
Have since been in contact with Forbrukertilsynet and Forbrukerrådet - this is a fake Norwegian website (a website that pretends to be Norwegian to increase its value) that is reselling TEMU items with a huge mark up pretending it’s Norwegian/scandinavian. Hundreds of complaints already in.

Emailed 3 times offering a 50% refund…
Emailed 3 times offering a 50% refund on my order if I review them on trust pilot. I thought this was a red flag so I checked their page and I can see that they are a scam company and I should have checked before ordering! They offer customers a huge refund in order to get reviews before products arrive, which tells me I am either getting scammed or if the products do arrive they will be of very poor quality. Steer clear!

Missing status updates
They were late with sending the product to my address and they did not follow up timely with some status updates either. It was very difficult to learn what was happening to my order and then it suddenly arrived 1 month later.
