verry poor customer service i canceld my order and will never order anything from them

I ordered the service parts on the website , paid for it with a credit card , received my parts in a timely manner. I will order from Norwall again.

i was never notified about when it was being delivered till i got a call that they were on there way to deliver it and i told them to leave it in front of the garage door and i would put it in the garage when i get home i was in the hospital when i got the call

So Far very helpful & all my questions seemed to be answered professionally .

I feel like I should NOT fill out this survey at this time, due to the fact I do not even have my generator. So I have had little to no interaction with Norwall. Please feel free to send me another survey when my system arrives.

The absolute worst nightmare of a company. They shipped me the wrong generator that I never accepted, never signed for, it was put back on the truck and then the nightmare began. Their customer service/refund lady shouldn't be in customer service at all. She would not refund my money and didn't care less if I ever got my refund. They take your money and refuse to give it back even if its their fault. Never use this company, ever!

Service was fast, and product was as advertised

Normally awesome last order a mess......apparently I was sent emails waiting for ID and such never received product did not move now will be late...very frustrated did not do better job of closing this sale...

I like R & L Carriers better. They give a better delivery time frame. It also dies me no good to have the generator without a transfer switch!

I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING THE SKIRT WITH MY 18K GENERATOR BECAUSE OF THE PICTURE OF IT.. I WOULD SURE LIKE FOR YOU TO SEND ME ONE AT NO COST TO ME.
ONE OTHER NOTE. I CALLED NORWALL BEFORE MAKING MY ORDER ON LINE. I TALKED TO A LADY NAMED SHARON AND EITHER SHE WAS HAVING JUST A BAD DAY OR SOMETHING ELSE, BUT AT FIRST SHE WAS KIND OF NOT TO FRIENDLY , BUT I WENT AHEAD AND GOT HER TO LAUGH A LITTLE WITH ME BEFORE WE ENDED OUR CONVERSATION.
I DO HOPE SHE IS FEELING BETTER AND WHATEVER WAS BOTHERING HER THAT DAY IS BETTER NOW. I DON'T THINK SHE MEANT TO BE RUDE OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT AT ALL. I BELIEVE SHE WAS PROBABLY JUST TIRED OR EVEN MAYBE HAD A RUDE CUSTOMER BEFORE ME.
ANYWAY I WISH HER WELL AND AM GLAD THAT I BRIGHTENED HER DAY SOME WHEN I WAS MAKING A LITTLE JOKING WITH HER.

Website was very easy to navigate. Still waiting for delivery but that was explained on the website.

So far so good we haven't received our generator yet when we get it we will respond again

Product price was very competitive and was delivered when expected.

Great generator, have two now. One in two different locations. The only thing bad is the, remote start. Still trying to get the first one to synchronize with the remote. Will buy a third one when the time comes.

The personnel that I worked with were very accommodating, easy to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

My generator arrived in undamaged condition. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Norwalk Power Systems did a great job for me with my order of an 18kW standby generator. The order shipped within the stated 10 to 14 day lead time and J&L Freight delivered the generator on the day promised in pristine condition! I could not be happier! One opportunity for improvement would be an email every two to three days during the lead time window providing a tentative ship date for the order.
Overall, great job!!!!!
