RIP-OFF AND SCAM COMPANY!!!

This company is a complete rip-off and scam! I've been trying for over four years to get a refund for a flight that cost me over $4,000 for my family during the COVID pandemic. Instead of refunding me, they issued CashPoints without my consent, then shut down the route between the USA and Europe. Their only response was to suggest I use the points for my family in Europe.

To make matters worse, they closed my case, wiped out my CashPoints, and never even notified me. When I finally reached out to them by email, after struggling to get in contact, their response was, "Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the expiration date of your CashPoints any further. This year, the management team concluded that customers would not be notified, as CashPoints had already been extended twice."

Now, they’re acting like it's my fault. This company is truly the biggest scam!

Rude and stole my money

Norwegian conned me into having additional points instead of a refund, then stopped flights to USA , I tried to get my original money back but was basically told no chance by very staff (Raivis) would not give his surname. I was told I would have to use the rewards in Europe which basically every flight has a stop over which is useless .
Norwegian won’t give a refund or extend my points having told me they have now expired. Stole my money , I hope they go bust and there rude staff

I orderen a gift card - Got none!

I orderen a gift card - Christmas present 20. December. The money was drawn from my account. After two days I tried to phone them - after 45 minutes they said they could not help. Since then ... lots of emails - lots of chats. Only messages/ mails in English. I live in Norway. I speak and write English. What about those who cannot? I have taken the case to the norwegian customer counsil. Never buy gift cards from them! I have spent at last 5 hours sorting this out. They refused any compensation! Stay away from this company!

Awful service, incompetent and borderline rude

Incorrectly deducted hundreds of pounds worth of hard-won frequent flyer points. My polite inquiry was met with a series of dismissive, lazy replies, which were on more than one occasion simply wrong (by their own admission, but with no apology). In the meantime they have the cheek to send me emails asking to vote for them in the 2023 Freddie Awards. I have no words.

The program has become a lot worse.

I am a huge fan of Norwegian and Norwegian Rewards. For many years I have been a loyal customer and benefited greatly with free seat selection, free checked bags and discounts. But yesterday they really disappointed me with their sneaky and false email announcing changes to the program. Instead of honestly stating that barriers to "advantages" (formerly rewards) have been raised, they made it sound like the program was improved, writing "you spoke and we listened." I don't think there were any customers who "spoke" up for increasing the number of flight segments from 6 to 8 in order to reach the first reward (+2% points) and thus 16 to get a real reward! They should be honest and tell us why they did it rather than lying and stating that it is better now! I will stay with Norwegian because of their schedules and on-board service, but not because of Rewards and certainly not because of their "honesty."

Norwegian stole all my points during…

Norwegian stole all my points during the pandemic.
Not trustworthy at all, do NOT make the mistake in believing the "reward" is worth anything, they will steal it back at will, anytime.
My "Reward"number is 60764590 - I promise to fly LESS with this scammy company.

Never ever book Norwegian!

We planned a trip to USA but due to covid the flight was cancelled. We did not get our money back as we did from other airlines. But instead we received cashpoints so we could spend these on our next flight to USA when covid is over. But now they are not flying to USA anymore!!! I do not want to fly anywhere else and end this year my cashpoints are expiring. I am stuck now and want my money back!! to contact them they only have a chatbot and they do not reply to e-mails. 0 customer service! Do not book with them!!!

They’ve taken my money

They’ve taken my money, turned it into useless “rewards” I paid for a flight home to Florida. I’m still stranded in Europe TWO YEARS LATER and they’ve turned off the useage of the rewards, so it’s like they stole my money and won’t give me anything in return for it, don’t trust this company any farther than you can throw them!

Extremely rude and unprofessional…

Extremely rude and unprofessional "service" by the chat agent. I got system on there error on their platform when selecting seats and I was blamed the mistake from the chat agent, even though I gave a screenshot of the error message with and ID number, she was insisting that i did something wrong, but still was not able to tell me how or what i should have done. In the end of our conversations she started ignoring me. I was extremely polite the entire time.
