Thank you for sorting my son's computer. What a fab team. My go to people for computer problems
Took laptop for repair. They say be ready in 3 days. They had laptop for 3 weeks and it work for while them same thing happen again. They did give money back.
For all those who use their laptops every day (and who doesnt't) its reasuring to have a good repair shop close by. There's no better place in Norwich than Norwich Computers. Chris and his team can handle any repair or software installation job as well as give good advice. They offer fast turnaround at very reasonable cost. Highly recommended. Five stars (at least !).
I emailed them, asking if they could upgrade my laptop C: drive. There's still no answer.
Fantastic service, friendly staff and highly recommended.
Great staff, helpful and knowledgeable. fixed my laptop within days at a great price
I took my MacBook in for a new battery, was told they could do it that day and it would be £120. Paid the money and picked my MacBook up that afternoon - a Friday. Got the MacBook home, plugged it in and worked on a job application. When I unplugged the MacBook to work elsewhere, the computer shut down. It had been fitted with a dud battery. Lost most of my work. When I went back into the shop, although a new battery was fitted - quite rightly - there was no question of giving me any of my money back, despite having been so inconvenienced, and having to come out twice. The owner was polite in tone, but rude in words, implying that it was my fault for not saving my work, and that they usually charge £75 for this so I had got a good deal. Odd thing to say when I had been charged £120. Then I was told it was because they had done it as an express job, which no-one had mentioned to me before. I think when you have caused so much inconvenience, a small refund in recognition of my time and petrol money used in having to return to the shop (when I am so busy) - not to mention the huge waste of my time in having to re-do a lot of the application, would be the least they could offer. To be asked "Oh, you didn't save your work, then?" when the shop was at fault for supplying a useless battery is very poor customer service indeed. While they seem a pleasant, amenable bunch, this incident falls very far short of good customer service - and the last time the same MacBook was in for repair, they damaged its protective cover. And another time, they handed an unfixed computer back to me due to poor communication, which had to be returned as they hadn't started work on it yet. I like to support small, local businesses, but will not be using Norwich Computers again.
Fast, efficient, friendly service! Repaired my overheating CPU with collection and delivery, no fuss or hassle at all.
