Pleasure to purchase from Norwich Camping and Leisure. Ordered a new tent and they had in stock exactly what we were looking for and saved £200. We were off camping but didn’t want to miss this bargain so emailed them and arrange with David to post it to us once we returned from our trip. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful, great choice of products. I highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again. Also free delivery and by Parcel Force which has a cracking tracking service. Delivered in perfect condition very happy. Well done.

All your member of staff we dealt with we’re ready helpful. Matt gave us options on how to proceed after telling us we were to get a full refund on our old awning. Arrangement were made to have the new awning delivered and the side panels to be delivered by Isabella direct when they’re available

I don' normally write reviews
Saturday I bought an awning over the phone and asked if it would arrived by the following weekend. 5☆ number 1 it arrived Tuesday. But with nowhere to put it up and practice I was like a kid in a sweet shop who is not allowed to take there hands out of their pockets.
Friday came and and this 60yr kid was straight from work and off. It took a while to get the awning up because it is mahoosive and I didnt pay too much attention, but up it went and we finally sat down with a brew to enjoy. Saturday we noticed it wasn't the awning wasn't the one we bought and paid for. 5☆ number 2. I phoned the store explaining the situation and they took all the details and asked me to call Matt on Monday. No quibbles no fuss. 5☆ number 3 I called the store and they were waiting for my call. Spoke to Matt he looked into it identified the problem and said sadly "the manufacturers will not be restocking until February, would i mind continuing to use this one until my model comes in and they will exchange it."
You could of knocked me down with a feather with this customer service.

Prompt delivery- I would have given 5 stars but the box was only securely taped on top, the bottom of the box split and opened during delivery. Fortunately all parts were there and considerate driver waited while I checked everything. Very happy with item
