I ordered a tracksuit on the 30th…

I ordered a tracksuit on the 30th November, sent about 5+ emails asking for details and have only received an automated message back saying it’ll be shipped within 1-2 weeks which it has been way longer than already and it’s still not been shipped nor have I had any other information from any customer support. Shocking service would not buy from here.

Took over £500 for 3 separate orders…

Took over £500 for 3 separate orders the week before Christmas, received generic email on Christmas Eve that they couldn’t supply the stock. I sent 6 emails to no response to cancel and refund my orders. Received another generic email about delayed stock to which I replied requesting refund and cancellation. Half the order arrived separately the 2nd week of January. I asked again for a refund and cancellation of remaining order, to receive no communication from anyone , then a cancelled order invoice came through and awaiting my refund. No personal apology or courtesy emails from anyone. Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their trust pilot score says it all. I wish I had read them before I purchased for my 2 sons Christmas , what a shambles and a disappointment on Christmas Day for them

No Sauce No Service

Made an order on the 2nd December; £140 tracksuit, which was a Christmas present for my son.

In the weeks leading up to Christmas I sent a few emails with no response. I also tried to send a message on Instagram but was left ‘requested’ & couldn’t send anymore.

The order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas, it arrived yesterday (16th January’ 26).

I believe I had two generic emails regarding delayed orders but still haven’t received even one reply from any of the emails I sent. (Between the week before Christmas up until receiving the order, I sent maybe 10+ emails).

To note, I have ordered from No Sauce in the past with no issues. BUT due to the unacceptable delay & horrendous customer service I will not be ordering from them again.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE.
After ordering on 1 dec and stating 2 working days delivery, item didn't arrive, company ignore all communication. I lodged a dispute with the bank and informed them of this. Item sent out AFTER this, instead of refunding as requested and eventually arrived in Jan, still no correspondence from them. I want to return it, and communications is just as bad to do this. I do not want my sales to go to a company with such disregard for their customers. Continuing the dispute with my bank against nosauce.

One star is too much

One star is too much, order clothing for Christmas, email on 24 saying it was delayed, no more contact, I’ve emailed several times and they all bounce back, I’ve tried calling a mobile number no answer, no other contact details.
These guys are obviously out to scam and trade fraudulently

Never shipped

Ordered for Christmas gift for my son on 15th December, still not arrived and now 15th January. DO NOT ORDER!! They emailed to say they were shipping on week beginning 5th January, well where is it? £140 for a hoodie and joggers that never come, will be requesting a refund through my bank as I don’t trust them to do this!

Ordered clothing and have not received

Ordered clothing and have not received, sent numerous emails to their email support @nosauce.store, and no response. Clothing is not cheap, I’m just glad I didn’t order more. Very disappointed with the service!
Update - now in July 2026 and still no response. This company is not to be trusted Do Not Buy From NO SAUCE!!

Avoid avoid avoid -

Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this company.
Once they’ve taken your money, communication completely disappears. There is zero clarity at checkout that items are actually pre-orders, so expect to wait months with no meaningful updates.

Returning anything is an absolute joke. Returns aren’t free, the process is deliberately painful, and it took over 10 days just to get a basic return address. That alone says everything about how much they value customers.

The products are nothing but social-media hype, heavily pushed at teenagers who don’t know better. The quality is mediocre at best and laughable for the price being charged.

This company thrives on poor transparency, terrible customer service, and overpricing average products. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting time, money, and patience.

Still waiting 😡😡

Still waiting! Ordered some joggers for my Son for Xmas and they are still not here! I've had no reply from them having chased my order twice. There is no phone number. It is very frustrating and unacceptable to wait so long, but on top of that, no communication. Do not use!!

Basically no stars so far. Ordered a present for my grandson on 13th December. I received an e mail on 18th to say there was a delay.Received a further e mail on 27th to say the item would be dispatched on 5th January - nothing since and no delivery

Scam company, do not order!

Scam company. £140 spent on a gift for my Son on 13/12/25. No reply to emails etc and no items received, emails are also now bouncing back.
I’ll be pursuing this until I have my money back, I now don’t want the items even if they were to arrive after such an awful experience.
So Brayan Kamala and Harry James if you read this send me my £140 refund!

Non existent customer service

Truly awful company to deal with, late orders no updates, 10+ unanswered emails... Avoid at all costs, if I could give minus stars I would. First and last time I've used them, STAY AWAY, spend your hard earned money with a reputable company, once they have your cash they simply don't care!

Sent a return back in January still not responding to emails, it seems they just don't care, appalling.

Worst shopping experience

I was bought one of their Grey Tracksuits for Christmas, the Jumpa’ and the Jogga’ where bought on December 1st, the Tracksuit didn’t arrive until January 2nd 2026. As well as having horrendous shipping the customer service was shocking, they barely gave any updates and would not inform me on anything. Once the tracksuit had arrived and I tried it on I noticed that the Jumpa’ was a darker grey to the Jogga’. Although a slight difference it was beyond shocking, I wore the Tracksuit out the day I got it and by the time I had got home about 3 hours later, the material in the pockets began to have bobbles on the surface. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Please do not buy from here and spend your money elsewhere, I suggest somewhere like GarmsAffilated or Lorenzo, just please don’t fall victim to this.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible company. Ordered the 8th December. I item arrived on the 30th the other a few days later. One of the items is the wrong size. Email to say wrong item sent, sent me back details to return and to add insult, I have to pay postage to return item back.
Just a bunch of inexperienced children trying to set up a company with 0 customers service care. Shocking, pulling young people in with their tictok rubbish and then letting them down.
