Still not received my order it’s been…

Almost 4 weeks and still no sign of…

Almost 4 weeks and still no sign of delivery…Placed an order on 20th November and it’s still preparing for shipment… I have emailed but get the same autogenerated email saying that the items purchased were pre order items (although no mention of this when I purchased) & would be shipped within 2-3 weeks! Very frustrating as I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas…. Needless to say I will be avoiding purchasing from no source again at all costs.

Ordered a tracksuit on 22nd November…

Ordered a tracksuit on 22nd November after a week no shipping details sent. Contacted them they said. currently on pre-order and is scheduled to start dispatching from 8th December. The pre-order information was included in the product description, but we apologise if this was not clear at the time of your purchase. I have Emailed them another 3 times and still no reply or shipping information. Not happy feel like I have been scammed.

Not happy at all!

Ordered 2 shirts and a tracksuit on the 5th December. Still NO shipping info provided! This is my son’s main Christmas present and he will be absolutely gutted if it’s not here for Christmas Day. I have messaged, emailed and engaged in the “online chat” which has been “off line” both times! Absolute joke!

I have not received my order which I made over three weeks ago which is my daughters Xmas present over £140 worth of clothing and no response to my multiple emails and chat requests for an update I am starting to think this is a SCAM. Unfortunately you have influencers tik tok accounts promoting this company so you think it’s ok. Now I’m worried I won’t be able to get my kinetic back and my daughter will be missing presents I cannot afford to replace. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Still haven’t received my order been…

Still haven’t received my order been over 2 weeks now sent multiple emails asking for and update with no reply emailed wanting to cancel and refund my order and still have heard nothing back won’t be ordering from here again!
