I'm having a terrible time with this…

I'm having a terrible time with this company. Ordered a tracksuit for my son. He always wears men's medium. Turned up, it is huge - like XL huge. I started a return but have got no where. I've sent 4 emails and nothing. They advertise a smooth returns process - it is anything but. I'm giving them a last chance, but if they don't respond, I'm reporting them to the Distance Selling Regulators. I'll also contact my bank and report it that way too. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I placed an Order in october 2024

I placed an Order in october 2024. two months later and After several Mails i got my Order but one of the items, a Winter jacket, came with a broken zip. I immediatly send a mail with the Foto and send the jacket back 1 days later , folowing the return form and instructions. Today is january 7th and after several Mails i still dont have the jacket or my refund. It was the Birthdaygift for my son. You can Imagine his disappointment. This is Not a Seller you can trust! No costumer Service at all . No jacket and no Money back!!!! Stay away from this Shop!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting cusomer service

Absolutely disgusting cusomer service. I placed an order for my sons christmas prsent and was updated with a tracking number and to be delivered within a couple of days to the email. still waiting, sent numerous emails and messages on chat and on instagram, no reply to any of them. Cannot request a refund of this item only to return, well I have tno item to return and would just like my mooney back. How this complany can be trading is beyond me. I will never use them again.

Gave them a chance and they came through

Have to give credit when due, was genuinely skeptical about making a purchase from this company after reading all the bad reviews but took my chances anyways… needless to say they came through and can’t give any faults. All I can say is don’t be hesitant in making a purchase, yes they need to sort there customer services out as I sent an email and still haven’t even got a response however product and prices can’t fault and delivery considering all the holiday breaks was fast !

No Sauce or No Sauce the plug still rubbish service

My son placed an order back in November 2024, he received his order (#ns12311) and it did not fit so raised a return request which he then posted on 28th November, the Post Office tried to deliver on the 3rd December to the PO Box on the return but the item was not excepted due to unknown reason. We contacted the No Sauce support email 5 times to get the standard email response of your refund will be processed once we receive the item.
The item was then returned to us via Royal Mail and received today 31st December over a month later. It advised us that a £3 delivery shortage was due and the client refused to pay. We had no idea of this as Royal Mail or No sauce had not advised us. We are still owed £160.01 from No Sauce, they do not resond with any meaning ful information when you contact them, have no address or phone number to deal with. I would not deal with them if I were anyone. Such poor customer services.

Trapstar bag for Xmas

Was looking for a Trapstar bag for my son for Xmas. A specific bag he had asked for. This company had the best price available and after reading mixed reviews, I decided to give them a try. Easy transaction. Item delivered within approx 7 days, well packaged, Son really happy with the bag. Happy customer. Would use again definitely

Still awaiting my order

Still awaiting my order. Since 7th December! It was a Christmas present! No response to any emails, it’s been awful! I would never order from these as they don’t send out your parcels and not contacting you with any updates.

Ordered a TRAPSTAR coat before reading…

Ordered a TRAPSTAR coat before reading these multiple bad reviews and started to panic - I had placed the order on the 21st December and received my order today on the 28th December. It had taken a little bit longer due to Christmas break but nevertheless it’s here and correct size & no flaws. I would buy from here again.

Nosaucetheplug

After chasing everyday and sending my proof of return which was 12th Nov I have finally got my refund on the 30th Dec.

Have now taken to Trading Standards to see about getting money back for pants I retuned 6 weeks ago not 10 days ago! I am thinking of small claims court now. Ive looked on Companies House about this company and buyer be careful. They were nearly shut down last year! The company accounts of this company is not great and looks like they owe loads of money to creditors! Think they operate from a flat or something! Not professional what so ever - you can check out the owners and their names as its listed on Company House web site try to reach out directly as I have done by naming them in the emails! I dont know how they can sleep at night CON! Im thinking of doing a reel so I can reach as many people as possible about being ripped off!
