what is their problem?
I ordered a 6505 5 days ago, I have already sent 3 emails and 3 messages on their website to know when they will be able to send the amplifier. To date I have no response from them, they are completely ignoring all my messages and the order status has not changed.
I have to believe that all the reviews I have read about trust driver are true. No customer service, no response, over a week to send an order.
I just hope they don't send me a B-Stock or a showroom amp because I won't agree with that.
Ho ordinato un 6505 5 giorni fa, ho già inviato 3 e-mail e 3 messaggi sul loro sito web per sapere quando saranno in grado di inviare l'amplificatore. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta da parte loro, ignorano completamente tutti i miei messaggi e lo stato dell'ordine non è cambiato.
Devo credere che tutte le recensioni che ho letto su Trust Driver siano vere. Nessun servizio clienti, nessuna risposta, oltre una settimana per inviare un ordine.
Spero solo che non mi mandino un amplificatore B di serie o un amplificatore da esposizione, perché chiaramente non lo accetterò.
