Great supplement for energy optimisation during workouts
Been using Nosu for a while now to optimize my results in the gym. I’ve experimented with several CGM’s to see if Nosu affected my blood sugar results in relation to my workouts. The results surprised me as I was better able to spread my energy over the workout without a crash mid training. Results were even better when I combined my carb heavy meal with some healthy fats and fibers.

Support in a sugary bakery
I work in a bakery, and being around delicious baked goods all day made sugar cravings real!
Nosu has been a big help in changing my eating habits. It made sweet foods less tempting, which made me able to reduce my sugar intake without relying on willpower alone. Highly recommend if you’re trying to eat less sugar and build healthier habits!
