I actually never got my order after about month of a waiting. Since i wrote review here, employees contacted me and sent me new order. Two weeks after I did not get my order. Then I concacted information service through e-mail. They were very polite and sorry about whole situation. Since I never got my order, they refunded my money back on my bank account and the owner told me if thing ever come to my door, I can keep them.

I purchased a €100 gift voucher for a friend thinking that it would be sent via email. The gift voucher was shipped to me, but it has not arrived. I have emailed numerous times and had no response. DO NOT purchase from this company.

Received an order very quickly, but not the ring I ordered. Very disappointed. Emailed the company but have not received a reply. I would like a refund or the correct ring sent to me, but I'm not very hopeful at this rate!

I ordered a ring in may which lost it‘s colour within a month. I sent them a picture of the ring and asked, if we can do anything, bc this is not what it should‘ve been (waterproof). I got an answer the next day and I got to choose a new ring. They sent it immediately and on top i got an earcuff. I am super happy with the brand all over! All my other rings are still golden (1,5 years later) without taking them off once.

The jewelry is really beautiful and of very good quality! With my last order, a ring unfortunately arrived broken (probably from transportation) and customer service was very quick and friendly in offering me a good solution. The order always arrives quickly. I have already ordered 2 times from Notbranded and will definitely do it again. I can really only recommend it!

I was also mixed feelings about this brand in the first place. Make sure to read the policies well, as refunds may not be possible, however the quality of the earings is great! I showered with them and using them since December 2024, being in 2025 and they are still amazing and shiny.

Make sure you clip them correctly until you hear that specific sound, otherwise they can fall down.

I wanted something affordable and inoxydable, and this is my go to brand for now, despite the fact that I was afraid at first.

They could work on their comminucation though, as I did not receive an order confirmation, but they did reply on Wapp.

Shipment was returned to sender without even an attempt at delivering after it reached my destination country, saying the adress was incorrect, but after checking the adress was correct and without any misspellings.
I didnt even receive an email or message from my local post about my shipment - it just reached the post and was immediately returned.

My delivery arrived late, with no notice or something, no information about its status, and an ongoing back-and-forth of emails due to their incompetence. Wouldn’t recommend it for such a mediocre quality afterall

the quality of the jewelry is solid and nice, really in love with my current set! i’m not taking it off while showering, yet, it’s still gold and doesn’t seem to rub off or anything. i’m really in love and going to order again! :)

I bought a pair of earrings, one did not close well, and they send me a complete new pair!

I ordered two rings and a neclace. Delivery to Germany was super fast.
All three items are pretty cute and worth the money. Love that the rings are adjustable!
Unfortunately the neclace broke after wearing it a few times. But customer care handeled it very well and I got a new one without any problems.

I bough Notbranded jewelry for my friends and family for the last Christmas and they are beyond happy with the quality, not mentioning the cute style 😍 my sister works as hairdresser and she is washing her hands a lot - always wearing those rings- asking me how is it possible they stay so beautiful after such a long time?
