I recently started using NoteBurner to download MP3s from Apple Music, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The software is incredibly user-friendly, and it quickly converts my favorite songs into high-quality MP3 files that I can listen to offline, anytime I want. The interface is simple and intuitive, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy, and the download speed is impressive.

One of my favorite features is that it maintains the original sound quality of the tracks, which is something I haven’t found in many other similar programs. It even preserves the metadata, like album art and song details, making it easy to organize my library. Plus, the support for multiple output formats is a nice touch!

Noteburner's tools have really streamlined the process of organizing and managing my music libraries for listening. Having a tool to help create redundancy for the music I own and source my ever growing collection of physical media has been an indispensable asset in making sure I never miss a beat! I've been a user of the software since 2018 so I've encountered a bug or two, but I can say with confidence that every update (which is pretty frequent nowadays) always fixes any issues and continues to add some really great functionality to an already rock solid piece of software.

The software is great, but cancelling the subscription is not. There should be a link in the welcome email but that link goes to an email address, so you still have to send an email to support to cancel.
Also, there's no customer portal, where I can view my subscriptions.

I have been a subscribed member of Noteburner for 1+ years and I must say it has been great. Truly an amazing software and tool for all avid music listeners. It is streamlined and easy to use. I am a DJ, so I use Noteburner to download music from all platforms (Youtube, AppleMusic, Spotify, etc.) and I have no regrets. Would recommend 10/10!

Software was simple to use, support team replied fast and accommodated my requests very easily. If you need a software to bridge everything, use this one!

I use Noteburner to convert Spotify music for my radio show. It does exactly what I want it to and super fast. The software will also convert MP4 to MP3, which is also handy. I have used other converters but none are as quick as Noteburner. I recommend the lifetime subscription, it’s excellent value
On the odd occasion I have had a problem, the customer service department have replied overnight to solve the issue very quickly. I had a recent issue that required an updated plugin, that was sorted within 36 hours and the plug-in automatically updated. however it was over a weekend, so I think that is amazing. I’m based in the UK so expect the time difference will affect response time. Thank you, keep up the good work.😀😀

I had ordered the wrong version of the software. I wrote to customer service and they refunded me immediately. I ordered the right version, which works great on my old Mac Mini.

I have been wanting to download and convert my very old (pre 2009 DRM embedding) itunes library and I am SO happy I came across Noteburner! Coming from the dev world, whoever wrote this and created the UI/UX is brilliant! What a great piece of software that has allowed me and millions to break the horrible Apple umbilical cord! VERY happy!! Thank you!!

I found NoteBurner impressive, particularly in terms of sound quality and ease of use.
Excellent FLAC Quality: The FLAC files generated maintain superb sound quality, which is a significant advantage for audiophiles.
Simple Downloads: Downloading playlists from various streaming platforms is straightforward. The software identifies playlists quickly and initiates the download process without hassle.
Accurate ID3 Tags: The software accurately generates ID3 tags automatically, saving a lot of time on manual editing.
Reasonable Pricing: The cost of NoteBurner is moderate and justified, considering the wide range of features and the high quality of the software.

Ever since I discovered the threshold of 192 kHz with Tidal and its related downloading software about a year ago I've been hooked on downloading not only my existing jazz collection but all sorts of new material.

I found however that NoteBurner's competition eventually became really glacial with downloading speed and the same thing happened with Spotify and its proprietary downloading software.

With this version of NoteBurner Music One (1.5.0) however I have my downloading speed back -- plus the ability to change streaming platforms at will.

I'm very happy with my lifetime license; after downloading 8 or 9 albums it's essentially paid for itself by my not having to buy CDs from bandcamp, Apple or Discogs.

There ARE exceptions because no streaming platform covers all music. But to me, $160.00 to be able to download limitless music in 192 kHz is a STEAL.

Considering the fact that it's the only spotify downloader that works, the subscription is worth it for a program that is robust with no bugs or glitches, easily downloads playlists, stores already converted songs so you dont download duplicates, and actually pulls the songs from spotify and not youtube. Highly reccomend saved so much of my time.

First purchased the product 5-6 years ago, and it worked great. Fast forward to present day and I found that my program was not functioning and would not perform any updates. I reached out to customer service, and JOJO provided me with a quick, helpful solution that had things back up and running for me in no time.

Can't speak highly enough of Noteburner.....been using it now for nearly 5 years & have recommended it to loads of peeps. Every single person I've recommended it to absolutely loves it.
Paid for 12 months subscription on my 1st year & was that impressed I paid for a lifetime subscription once it'd finished.
Every so often it fails & it only takes 1 x email to the support team & they send a link to re-boot it....works every time. The customer support is 2nd to none!!!!!

I'm using NoteBurner for a new soundtrack project where we needed the original tracks off of Spotify in the music production software to sketch out what the band is going to play as a cover. Initially there was an issue with getting the product key delivered through email, but the NoteBurner tech support (thanks JOJO!) got me the new key within a few hours. The software worked flawlessly and my project is on track. Thank you!
