Ok I will rave about this app to anyone who'll listen.

We originally started using it for meeting transcripts and recordings, but it's become so much more than that. The biggest win for us is being able to manage multiple team calendars and online bookings from one place. As a business with several staff, I've never found another product that lets one person manage scheduling across multiple calendars so seamlessly. It genuinely feels like it was built specifically for us!

The meeting functionality is brilliant too. The transcripts are accurate, the summaries are actually useful, and best of all, as soon as the meeting finishes I can find everything in one place. No more going on a bloody treasure hunt through Teams trying to work out where the recording is, where the transcript ended up, or which chat thread contains the notes.

What I didn't expect is how useful it's become from a management perspective. It gives me visibility over the quality of our client meetings and helps me identify where additional training or coaching might be needed. If a meeting hasn't gone to plan, I can quickly understand what happened rather than relying on someone's recollection afterwards. That's incredibly valuable when you're managing a team and trying to maintain a consistent client experience.

It's saved us a huge amount of time, reduced admin, improved our booking process, and given us insights that we didn't have before.

I work across multiple projects and programs, which means a large part of my week is spent in meetings. NoteContext has become a really useful part of how I manage those meetings and the follow-up afterwards.

The two things I use most are meeting notes and action items. Being able to focus on the discussion rather than trying to capture detailed minutes myself has been a significant time saver. Afterwards, I can review the notes, check the actions and make any corrections before anything is sent out.

I also find it useful that the notes can go to all meeting invitees, including people who couldn't attend. The attendance information is helpful too, particularly being able to see when attendees joined and how long they were present.

Another feature I use regularly is search and replace. Names and project-specific terminology aren't always captured correctly by AI, so being able to quickly correct these across the notes before sending them out is very handy. I like the fact that I still have control over the final version rather than simply relying on the AI-generated output.

The biggest benefit for me has been time saved and staying organised. When you're working across several projects and meetings, keeping track of actions and follow-ups can become difficult very quickly. Having the meeting notes and actions available afterwards makes that much easier for me.

I've been using NoteContext as part of my normal project delivery workflow and there are still quite a few features I haven't explored yet.

Based on my experience so far, it's a tool I'd definitely recommend to others working in project, program or PMO environments.

Really great solution for our growing business. We're able to stay on track of meetings, but most importantly send out next steps and follow through on outcomes. The interface is great and easy to use.
