I've been using NoteSono for over a month

I've been using NoteSono for over a month to trial as an alternative to writing clinical notes / reflections. The platform is easy to use and offers a range of options to format and record appointments and the ai quickly and accurately structures recordings making notes coherent and representative of the sessions I describe. I've been reassured and will continue to use this as an aid to my practice and I'm interested to see how the ai will generate reflections across time for notes with clients and whether this will add to the experience. Customer service has also been impressive and responsive.

Outstanding customer service

So I can’t comment too much about the app yet because I’ve just started using it but the customer service is out of this world. Every piece of feedback is acted on and the app is constantly being improved. The founder actually emailed me personally after noticing that a couple of features had received a thumbs down from me! That kind of customer service is second to none.
I will amend the review and add more about the app once I have used it for a bit longer, but even if it doesn’t suit my purpose (which if looks like it does) it’s worth it for the personal-like feel to the experience
