Worst service you ever could find. Their website is in several languages,but they just reply in German. Apart from that they do NOT give any service and just stop replying when you try to get your return rights. DO NOT BUY THERE

Warning! Stay away! I ordered at 21-1-2024 for more then 171 euro at this company. At 7-11-2024 no news about shipment or order status. They have no phone and they do not answer emails. Not even when you write in German. You only receive an auto-reply from imaginary "Anni" saying they will respond within 2 working days (which they do not do).

After seending 8 e-mails requesting an update. They shipped on 09-11. Received goods on 12-11 at neighbours. Unfortunately very low quality products. The solar panels are very low quality old model, the water filter and pills are also low quality (and short keeping time) and the emergency sleeping bags as well. Not even sending it back because I am sure they will not pay me back. Just stay away from these guys.

My order was not complete, I mailed them and was left waiting for 3 months for a reply. Once I did hear back, after several requests for help, I simply was told I was wrong and have a good day. I have the invoice, I read it as a set, the least they could have done was be polite and explain.

The Notfallrucksack website grossly misrepresented an expensive power bank. When it arrived it became clear that it's just the same type of junk I could have bought at any cheap local store for less than half the price.
But, worse, the swine behind Notfallrucksack will not react to ANY of your remarks/complaints about the product. It appears that he does this so he can evade his legal responsibilities (if you cannot establish that the product is faulty, he can pretend that he doesn't owe you a full refund for ALL costs). So he will evade any discussion, pretend nothing is wrong and even sabotage your attempts to return the worthless item (he will send you a wrongly addressed, unusable, postage label, at best).
This guy is a swine; he will not react to any communications if it will endanger the money he has taken from you.
ALSO THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE MULTITOOL.

Very good products, quickly delevered to the Netherlands. Isomatte and Solar Camping Handkurbel Laterne. Both products are real quality. Specially the Solarlight is really very nice and handsome. It has not only as torch, but also as light that shines around, also possible to use diminished (when not completely moved out) and you can hang it in your tent.

Do not buy from here. I ordered a knife for diving. It never came. I asked for my money back. They did not answered. I lost my money. They are criminals.

This is a fraud. I bought expensive 3050€ night vision googles and received the noname brand ones, probably a cheap AliExpress counterfeit. I returned them and asked for refund. No response. 3k€ lost… I wish I checked TrustPilot before the purchase.

Please watch out. we ordered for 350 euro. but after 4 weeks we did not get anything. not even a propper reaction. Don't buy here.....

Don't buy anything at this webshop!! They don't send the goods, don't give your money back or they send broken goods. They don't react on emails after a while.... All the people that write reviews with one star: they are right!

Never again. Never ever! I managed to get my items after two months ending up with threatening to withdraw the payment and reporting to the police, so never again!

Do not buy here! I ordered for over 1400 euro and received a small part. The rest never came.
I asked for refund: no comments

Janine and Dustin are criminals which do not communicate and let you down with your money.

If more people have the same problem just let me know. I will go to the police and take a lawyer by hand.

DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!!! They never send your order. They just keep lying about being busy. I have contacted my bank to get my money back. This shop is a fraud: they just keep the money and never send your order. Or if they do, its rubbish.

EDIT 29/10/2022: They now shipped me THE WRONG product!! A much less powerful, and much cheaper power station than the one I paid for!!

I paid 816.00 EUR for a RE-volt high quality 144.000mAh power station.

DO NOT place a order with them.

I placed an order a week and a half ago and they charge my money one week ago. Since then I have had no information, besides them sending me a 1 line reply to my question in regards to my order.

They provided No information on my order at all. Just one line in German, telling me to be patient!. But on the website is says the product is still in stock. So my only Valid conclusion can be that this shop sells products they do not have.

Worst customer service ever, no info from company, wrong product shipped, and I am now contacting my bank to get my money back.

Company don´t deliver. Have charged my card for the product but haven´t shiped it.
Have asked for a refund many times.

Don´t shop there.
