The delivery is fast and the material of hoodies is very rich.

Awful service, made an order on the 9th of december, and since then has never arrived. Their support system is horrible, their number on WhatsApp is AI responding every time but doesn’t do anything, giving only automated answers. Their email doesn’t exist, because when you try to send the email, it says that it doesn’t exist. On Instagram it’s the same system as on Whatsapp and the comments on their pictures are deactivated, clearly showing that they are afraid of the comments of people. SCAM!

Two months and still no delivery. Only bot answers. I have opened a complaint with my bank to try to get my money back.

SCAM. Never buy from this guys. I’m from Portugal and I ordered two sweatshirts from them a month ago. Since then I asked if I could trade my items for something in the stock after many AI responses. They told me that my order would take one week and nothing has changed since then. Still on corfirmed. They dont have a number or email suport working. The only way to camtact them is via intagram, and they block the commenta on theyre page. Its the biggest scam. Don’t buy from them, just save your money and vuy like nude progect instead

It's a scam !!! I will issue a criminal complaint against them. The 5 stars reviews are fake. I ordered and payed in August 2024 and didn't receive anything yet. They don't answer to emails. I traced them on Instagram, found a WhatsApp number and write them there. Of course, they said they will send my order in 5 days. It been a month now. A asked for a refound but never received an answer anymore. Judge by yourself: if this not a scam , I'm Donald Trump :) Must make a little fun of this stupid situation and stupid me. Have a nice day everyone.

Order never arrived!!! This company may seem reputable and the prices certainly entice you to buy their products but they never fulfil your order I’ve been waiting months to get my hoodies and they still haven’t arrived!!! They are impossible to contact and won’t reply on instagram either. This company is outrageous. Hopefully someone reads this and prevents them getting scammed too.

Ordered a hoodie from here a year ago...
Never received anything since, no updates nothing.
Tried contacting via email, whatsapp, and instagram but no reply to any.
Only order if you fancy risking losing your money.

I ordered a hoodie a year ago. Never got sent. When i tried writing via email they blocked my adress. On instagram never opened my message. Not worth it.

I CAN’T GIVE ZERO BUT THAT’S WHAT I WANTED TO GIVE. My order never arrived, I tried to contact them many times and they always tried to give me some excuse.

At the begginings of last winter i bought the NOTRE black hoddie "Obstacle", the truth is that when i recieved it i felt happy becouse the tissue looked like it was froom good material and the designs looked alike the photos. Now that cold is coming again in Spain, i need to buy many clothes but i really dont want to spend to much on it, the resources are limited jaja. So that's why i'm buying again here, the price/ quality rate is excelent, i feel alike with the style they show with their designs. And the most important thing is that the material keeps very well after many washes. Recomended

I received my package today, and it matched the description perfectly, which is fantastic. While it arrived two days later than the estimated delivery date, it wasn't too much of a delay. The quality of the clothes is excellent, and I'm definitely interested in exploring more from the brand, working with them, and getting more of their products. Overall, I’m very satisfied!

Update! oktober 1st we have received our order. The t-shirts are nice and good quality, just too bad it took so long because now summer is over…

Wow what an unprofessional company! I am still waiting for the order I did July 14th. When I sent them a polite message to ask about my order they replied with a ridiculous aggressive automated response message saying you’ll get blocked if you ask about your order more than once. They should show their customers some more respect and definitely work on their customer service. You can’t make people wait for over a month on your order and expect them not to complain! That’s crazy. If you have the same problem reoccurring every year (summer holidays and Christmas period) maybe you should start thinking about creating a solution. I probably won’t be buying here again

I ordered on July 14th, a t shirt and a hoodie. It has been over a month now. Nothing has arrived. No updates on my order. The customer support is god awful as they don't reply to anything. I've just been scammed out of £40 and I do not recommend anyone buying from them. 😄

I ordered on the 15th of october 2023 and the order still not arrived, contacted them on whatsapp but they blocked me and on Instagram or email they doesn't reply.

UPDATE I DID RECEIVE ALL 4 of the shirts a ordered after exactly two months!! (quality is pretty ok, although 2 of the shirts came with already peeling designs on some parts of the shirts-hope they last long)

I placed an order on the 9th of June 2024 and have yet to receive my items…I keep messaging them but they only reply with EXACTLY THE SAME AUTO-GENERATED messages.
This whole never-ending cycle is tedious and stressful…8 weeks waiting for just 4 shirts man…by this point I now have forgotten about the money even-seems like it has all gone in vain; it don’t seem much can be done…
