My pick up was very quick, hardly waited 5 minutes. Compared to my first experience was horrible, the queue extended to the door. However, both times the assistants were friendly and professional.

I've ordered several times and my order always arrived on time and in great condition.

I have ordered a candle which claimed themselves as they are using essential oils as fragrance and I paid a lot of money for just one glass. But they smell really artifical not any close to natural scented candles. I wrote to the customer service and they said I could send back on my own cost....I have paid also a lot of money and packaking for delivery!!!!! This company is really crazy....I will never ever buy again...

I purchase from Notino for around 2 years already and I am always satisfied with prices, quality and delivery. Would really recommend Notino!

they sent me already used Cerave cream. It was open and there was only half of cream!

I am very happy to have found this place to share my experience to warn others about fake perfumes from Notino. Some time ago I bought Dior Pure Poison Elixir 30ml. Was so happy to put my hands on it. When it arrived, I instantly noticed there was something wrong with spelling(!) on the box. Many spelling mistakes! I started foubting my spelling knowledge, thinking, no way, it is ME who is wrong about the spelling, not Dior... So I even looked it up and low and behold, there were indeed spelling mistakes on the box! I was still in denial... I photographed everything and made a post on fragrantica.com and asked the fellow perfumistas there what they thought of it. The answers I got were clear - a fake. I knew it before, but at the same time I wanted this scent to be real so bad... Eventually, I contacted the customer service, stating clearly that I received a counterfeit item and returned the item. Return accepted, no questions asked.
The sad part is, I am convinced they resold it. You know why? I never even opened the box to check the inside, purely out of fear they wouldnt accept my return. And I simply didnt want to waste so much money on a fake item... :/

It has been my first order from Notino.at and i had never experienced worse customer service behavior then them (maybe worse than Cult Beauty). I ordered suncare products for my vacation all of em were Lancaster products (not the cheapest suncare brand...) all of my products were manufactured in 2020 except the SPF 15 lotion which was produced in 2017 (!!!) which in my opinion is a joke and absolutely not healthy (even if it is unopened) . You should get rid of products that contains SPF and has been manufactured 3 years AGO. I have sent them 2 emails and a reminder 2!!! Weeks ago with absolutely no reply. Big 0
