I like your products but.... I've got some issues on your website! At first it's on German, in this country there are 4 official languages! Also consider the large foreigner community; there's a misleading information so I call to and was a challenger to communicate me in English with... you need to improve your site!

All good, except for the fact that I always have to pay the postal costs.

Great prices, fast shipping, a very wide range of candles and perfumes!

I find that the prices change too often. You have a look, 2 days after, they have changed (increased of course) and it's difficult to have a correct idea of the costs. Also the navigation is not user friendly at all. The reason why I find much more easier using Douglas or Makeup.
