I have been ordering my perfume from Notino for years now, and i never had a problem. Fast delivery and great wrapped packets.

The delivery was fast and the products are authentic. I have ordered also something a while ago and it was also perfect. So had no problems with notino so far

Poor package 📦 some of my products were not properly closed and some were broken and poured everywhere. I am not satisfied at all.

I had a great experience with customer service last year: my package came damaged and one of the products was all over the box. I contacted notino support, sent the pictures and explained the situation - and was given a choice of whether I wanted a refund or the same product. I chose the product and got it within days, it was a great customer-centred approach, so now I am back, purchasing my beauty items here again.

I discovered this app about 3 years ago and my experience has been a top one. Since then, I’ve made several orders Parfums like 1 Million and Invictus from Paco Rabanni, SI Passione from Gorgio Armani and Dior Sauvage. Compared to other similar shops like Galaria, Douglas etc, Notino seems to have the best deals for same products and their products are the same original products one would expect. Deliveries usually follow in about 2-3days which I think it’s super fast.

Top, reliable seller! A model of courtesy, tolerance and consistency in their transactions! I must admit that the mistake was mine, I explained to the seller that I wanted to pay the costs of the second shipment and he told me that I did not have to pay anything at all! He then sent a different perfume that I wanted and also gave me a discount! After a few days, I was refunded the amount of the perfume I returned, without any problem whatsoever!
Therefore, I must publicly congratulate them and emphatically recommend them as 100% reliable! Personally, I will continue to be their customer and I see no reason to look for anything else.

I never received the package.

They sent the package with DPD and the delivery person left the package unattended at my front door without my consent. I tried contacting both Notino and DPD but they refuse refunding me even though it is clear that it is a mistake from the delivery company.

The support service is very unprofessional- the case is being handed by different agents every day and they do not have any idea on my case.

Never select DPD as a delivery method. I do not recommend you buy from this store, as you will never get a refund if a situation similar to mine happens.

Fake Parfume, Giorgio Armani Si!!

If there is 0 star 100% I would pick up that. I bought Armani Si Parfume from them just few days ago. It doesn’t stay even 5 mins. The tester I used in Douglas stays till now, I can smell it till now. So, I threw 100 euros to trash. Don’t do the same mistake.
