The service is good

The service is good, but it wouldn't hurt to have the website in Russian and English languages when want to read the product ingredients. Keep in mind that people speak different languages; this will improve customer focus and loyalty.

Trustworthy, Fast, and Customer-Focused

I have been a loyal Notino customer for 10 years, consistently receiving perfect orders. Recently, I experienced my first issue: a missing product and a minor leak in another. I reached out to customer service with photos, and their response was very kind and helpful.
Within days, the missing product was delivered, and they issued a refund for the leaked item without me even asking for it.
Notino truly stands behind their service and cares about their customers. I have full trust in them and highly recommend shopping here.
