I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Notino.
I received an SPF product (shiseido sport ) that was clearly opened and appeared to have been used. I contacted customer service immediately after opening the package and provided photographic evidence.
Instead of arranging an immediate replacement for a defective product, I was told that I must pay the return shipping costs myself, send the product back, and then wait up to 30 days for an investigation.
This is unacceptable. Customers should not bear the cost, inconvenience, and delay when they receive an opened cosmetic product. SPF products are hygiene-sensitive items, and there is no way for me to know how long the product has been open or whether part of its contents has already been used.
I paid for a new, sealed product and expected to receive exactly that. The correct solution would have been for Notino to arrange collection of the defective item and immediately send a sealed replacement.
This experience has left me feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority. I cannot recommend Notino based on the way this issue has been handled.

You don't have Revolut direct pay like most sites and you don't have BoxNow which is more convenient, not to mention much-much cheaper. Almost 5 euros for postage nowadays is mental. Other than that, Il Salone Milano is THE Best hair dye I've ever used.
